I was not impressed I purchased a new Huawei phone. It was already57% charged the battery dies within two days. We also purchased two squishies at the same price you would pay in Canada. Luckily the more expensive one had a stain on it. Then the clerked tried to say its part of the design. I just told her it not so she returned my money. I then had a local ask how much and they only wanted 320 pesos 180 cheaper then she sold it to me for. Maybe the shop on the ground floor should have prices listed. Then the staff at the grocery stores were more interested in texting instead of taking customers money. Why are the staff even allowed to use there phones while there employer pay for them to chat. I tried contacting Eclipse telecom online to only find an American site that does not sell cell phone that has nothing to do with the company from Laoag. Now the phone drops calls and also want a password for call barring that was never set up. Buyers beware

Handy free parking cheap goods

Infront of SaveMore, most people in Laoag City are marketing here. Expect great volume of shoppers.

Its okay. But just like any other supermarkets, superstores, and the mall here in Ilocos, the washrooms arent that clean. No soap. No napkin. No dryer (mostly non-functional). And theyre not properly cleaned/disinfected as well.

This kind of grocery mall is good for those people who never been here in laoag city because its easy to find but sometimes its bad because when your in a hurry you need to fall in line for 30 minutes more i think .but still fine

This place is great to have a bundle of groceries. The things that I think most people dont like are those on massage area where they offer you free service but they will try to force u to buy their products. one more thing is when u check out someone will see your receipt to prove you bought whats with you, part of it if your receipt is a little high price theyll say you earn a free stuff but when you claim it, after they gave it to you they will also ask ur payment. This happens to most balikbayans because they dont know how it works. It happens to me. One more is on the food court area. I tried going there twice wishing I can have a small but quick nice meal thinking fastfood during peak hours are very crouded and it has long lines on the counter but I did not get any satisfaction.

I wanted to bought an item without a barcode. The merchandiser grab the item and put it back to the shelf and told me no sticker/ barcode was attached to it therefore i cant pay for it. STUPIDITY AT ITS BEST! If i can rate it for a half star. I will.

Great center for all basic needs. The mens comfort room is filthy though.
