No good. Customers service....did ask what the head will tell ....discriminations.....poor customer service...if your working on dealer supposed your service is acceptable how come till will tell you that they cannot assure if customers can pay monthly Hahhahahah!!!!!

The showroom and the staff are ok.One advice to Toyota Gensan branch management.Your procedure to place an order for a part needs improvement.I live about 15 km away from Toyota Koronadal branch.About three weeks ago , I took my car for service. The service was done but not completed because none availability of a spare part.They couldnt place the order for the part and asked me to go to Gensan branch (75 km) away from where I live to place the order.I contacted Gensan branch by phone to place the order. The response was , you have to come to Gensan to place the order and pay the cost in advance.So, I had to drive all the way to Gensan, placed the order and paid for the part and installation.I asked, why not sending the part to Koronadal where they install it.The answer was, no, it has to be installed in Gensan. Which means, I have to travel again 150 km (up and down) to install it. Waste of time fuel and effort.Which I did one week later when the part arrived.In this age of internet , Amazon, G5 and Alibaba , Toyota Gensan is still following an old and slow procedure to serve its customers.I like my Toyota car. I respect Toyota company for the quality and style, therefore , I want their handling of customers cars to be more speedy and professional.
