Service is no good at all. Yung front desk pagdating namin parang ayaw kami e accommodate. We asked her if there is a reservation for - - - - name sabihan pa naman kami Maam nasa taas na po yung kumuha ng Susi ninyo dba? Ganina pa gikuha without validating kung sa amin ba talaga yun. Tsk tsk. Pasingka pajud. Haggard lang mig nawong because of a long travel we had in the morning tas ana ang treatment. Be fair enough sa mga guests ninyo. And one more thing, yung mga kumot ang babaho pati towels basa. Parang bagong gamit lang tinupi lang ulit. Sana man lang nag provide nalang nalabhan yung mga gamit namin. May mga buhok pa yung mga beddings HAHAHAHA kalokaaaaa! Though the price is cheap okay nalang din. So rating is 2 starts.

It is very nice for a simple place to spend the night while in Gensan.

Management are arrogant and rude. The rooms are filthy. Tried to get a refund and leave but they refused. They even called the police on me because I asked for a refund, the police told them that is my right to ask for a refund. No help from Hotels.com. I had to stay in the s...hole. Do not stay here!!!!!!

Need to improve their toiletries... the room rate is good and cheap but toilet is dirty and stuck.

Positive experiences:1. Soft bed2. Very cool aircon3. Good lighting4. Functional TV with local channels5. High speed WiFi inside the roomNegative experiences:1. Unaccommodating staff.2. We asked for additional towel and blanket, but we always ended up going down to get it ourselves. On our first night, we waited for the staff to deliver our requested blanket. And we have waited until 12mn, no one delivered our request. To my surprise, the front line attendant were sleeping, as well as the staff in-charge in the blanket. And the blanket they handed me was not properly handed.3. CR... It was clean BUT there was a part near the toilet bowl with stagnat water and the shower (hot & cold) is not functioning.4. On our second day, before leaving at 7:30am, we requested for clean up. When we arrived at 3pm, they are still cleaning our room. There were no refill of our toiletries, they gave us a damp towel to use, our additional towel was not properly folded again, and they didnt deliver the requested towel again. You have to pick it up at the front desk.5. We dont have a telephone inside the room (that is why we have to go down every time we have a request. All rooms are located in the second floor).6. Upon checking out, the front line attendant didnt inform us about our clearance. When we asked her, she unpolitely answered us with oh (nodding her head without looking at us). Upon leaving, they didnt even say thank you.

Disappointed - didnt get the rooms that I booked and paid on-line, so I end up picking undesirable available rooms that I have to pay at check out. Considering that I have to settle on what is available, and for the price that I paid, I believe the accommodation was fine, but I must say that my nose did notice something smelly on the bed mattress/foam and pillows.

AC is so loud and the CR flooring- tiles were not properly installed. Must change the towel and blanket.

Clean and cheap hotel in Davao Area. Only that receptionist were selective in their customers. They lack experience in proper accommodation of customers.

No water in the bathroom during night time.
