Clean and comfortablePROS: I stayed both in their standard double room and suite room. Both rooms are spacious and clean, and have safe and mini ref. Suite room has more amenties like a bath tub, small pantry with sink and microwave, and sofa. Hotel has dining hall at the ground floor where guests can have their free buffet-style breakfast. There are fast food stores nearby like McDo, Jollibee and Chowking, and other restaurants/bars that offer pasta, coffee, cakes, beers and pizza. Wifi is strong. Buffet food is ok.CONS: No free shuttle to and from airport. But they will call a taxi for you to take you to the airport at a fixed rate of P350. May become quite noisy when theres a gig at nearby bars.They only have two types of room.

I love this hotel.It is a non assuming hotel, but you are pleased with the cleanliness, the service, the coolness of the area, the prompt assistance of their staff.Of course, who would not be attracted to their carefully made up beds, with thick but soft linens.Lastly, I greatly appreciate availability of hot & cold drinking water along their hallways. For me, that is a BIG extra mile, because in General Santos, the heat can be really dehydrating.Will definitely come back to this hotel.

After adjusting expectations, I really actually enjoyed my stay here. This is not a luxury hotel, but the basics are done really well. Staff are professional, curteous and helpful. The rooms are simple, but clean. The internet worked! The location is near many decent restaurants. If I come to GenSan again, I would stay here.

The rooms are great, so comfortable. Staff were wonderful. There are a few nice restos in the compound. Id recommend it if youre visiting General Santos.

Its ok. Sort of expectation vs. reality. Sad, but I guess my expectations were high for this hotel. I also did not like that they have a low ceiling. Made me feel a little bit claustrophobic. Location is good though since its very accessible. Staff is ok too. Food is a bit bland.

Location is very good. Establishments are walkable distance, near the bus station.Staff are courteous and helpful. Room is spacious, could fit 4 to 5 people. Buffet breakfast is good, fills our tummies for our South Cotabato and Davao trip.Price is affordable considering the amenities and convenience.

Sadly the only reason it gets 3 stars us due to the staff being so nice but thats just the people of the Philippines. No matter how bad things get they always smile. As for the hotel...I got a room for my wife and I witch had 2 beds as a single room double bed was unavailable. There was no coffee or even water in the room and toothbrush toothpaste and soap for one. A no brainer counting two beds = Possible two people. Not that I watch TV but they have cable but most of the channel choice is scrambled. No chance of ever returning there.

The staff in the resto and front desk were polite and friendly. The room itself was perfectly reasonable. Very well trained personnel, in my opinion. Bedroom is very spacious and so are the beds. The rooms were clean. The best part is the convenience. Room facilities were of a high standard.

I found out that this hotel is the nearest and has a very good rating so I tried to reserve a room using the website but there were no rooms available. Staff is friendly and courteous i like the idea of the row of restos outside the hotel. We got a good (discounted) rate because its Holy Week. Very strategic location because you can get relax just outside the hotel with different restaurant choices, coffee shop, and massage/spa. Location is near to malls.

Best and hotel in the city. Convenient and in the heart city

The room was great and very enticing for a weekend promo and there was a connecting door. Nice to see someone giving you a smile everytime It lightens up your mood and people around you. Good value for money. All the services that they give are high quality and the location is excellent to go and meet GenSan.

Received great service. We held a training here, the staff were accommodating, especially the reception and sales manager. There were glitches with the food service at first but they picked up on our second day

Newly opened hotel in General Santos City. From the outside you would be impressed by the relatively new facility. Within the Hotels compound is Valley High which houses several good grade bars and restaurants. You have to pay 10 Pesos for Entrance Fee and they require you to observe proper ensemble.

The staff are friendly and nice but need more training. Breakfast is served at 6 a.m. but wont start at 6:10 or 6:15 a.m. Not enough time for us to meet our 6:30 a.m. van pick up time every morning.

Clean rooms and good breakfast, but dont drink the tap water. I recommend getting the bottled water that is there.

There are local pools to use for a small fee. Location is right on target as everything in the city seems within minutes away even walking to any mall. You will have a lots of choices for shopping and dining. Honestly, this was the highlight of my hotel stay.

Clean. The included breakfast was above average with choices of continental and cooked. Would have given 5 stars apart from having to help ourselves fetch drinking water for our room.

We stayed here for a night on Good Friday. Not that far from the airport and the city itself. The hotel offers a free shuttle service from and to the airport to the hotel. The rooms are spacious. Biggest disappointment is the staff and their inability to service the room service needs of guests.

Its a strategically well located hotel within GSC since it is within the National Highway and you can reach the shopping mall, restaurants and just across the hospital. As for the the room its a bit pricey...and the service is just ok.

Loved my stay here cuz my room that overlooks the row of restos below is quite large and very comfy despite just the basic amenities it offers. Staff are courteous, friendly and eager to please. Wifi is fast and reliable. Being a business hotel, you cant expect much from its bfast which is as simple as it gets. Attended an event in their function room which can take in a hundred or so guests but we still felt comfortable.

Asked staff several times to fix wifi coverage in room on ground floor. No luck. Got one bar and sometimes none. Also login process was sluggish.

I was in Microtels restaurant lobby on a Sunday afternoon. There were no waiters and the girl in the front desk was not customer-friendly.
