Its a bit pricey in here but the food is good. Came with my cousin and we had our fill. I deducted 1star because they lack condiments on each table. They should provide other condiments for their customers sauce preference. They only gave limited sauce and if you want more, you need to ask for it, considering their menus content were mostly meat. It is a must to have other condiments on your table. But I recommend this place for meat lovers.
For the most authentic Texas style of barbecue which is slow-cooking (smoked) from wood or charcoal fire, this place delivers! Not only does the meat falls off the bone, be it beef, chicken or pork but the taste is definitely savory. Good news is, they have a separate NON-PORK KITCHEN with beef supplied by Tamas Halal Meats in Silway.Try the 2-meat or 3-meat Platter & you could do no wrong. Pair these with any of the side dishes- coleslaw, mashed potato and macaroni & cheese. Roomy and PWD-accessible.
Best dry rub ribs Ive tasted not only in South Central Mindanao,but all of Mindanao! I would recommend the spicy bbq sauce with the ribs. fantastic southern food, topped off with magnificent customer service and accommodating owners (who wouldnt hesitate to share some cooking tips!)
4 stars because I got disappointed with the avocado dip with nacho appetizer. But that smoked beef and smoked pork is truly amazing. I hope gensan is ready to accept and appreciate this gem right in the middle of the city. Got the chance to talk to the owner and chef Micheal and got to know why the food tasted so authentic as he really brought #TexasInPinas with his Bistro. Will definitely come back and bring friends!
Baby back ribs melt in your mouth, they were excellent along with potato salad, very friendly staff and atmosphere and chef Micheal is just as friendly, highly recommend to anyone
