Your typical Filipino fast food, kinda gets really crowded and you find a good seat to eat

I enjoyed Jolly hotdog when i discovered that you can ask the crew to add more cheese, and they did.. Happy meeeee

Fast preparation of Food. Staffs were full of excitement in serving the guests and has a positive aura.

There Serving on the costumers looks Excellent.

Staff is okay. Service is okay, but not as fast and accurate as other braches. They got my order wrong, which is understandable given the number of customers, but this isnt the first time they did.

Person handling cash also handles food orders without washing/sanitizing hands

Comparee to other branches and Ive been to:slow-witted staff - i had to repeat my order before they got it, asking whether i want fries or drinks on a solo cheeseburger?once is fine, but thrice?fk..very fond of gossip while working - talking with your co-workers is fine while on the hour...but gossiping to the point of making mistakes pre and post-order?again, fk..failing to remind cust how long it would take to for an order to be served..unwashed utensils-kakain ka na sana, eh bat may tuyong spaghetti sauce yung spoon mo..fk......all in all, very undertrained staff..

Opens at 8 in the morning. Peak hours are lunch time (11:30-1:00pm) and dinner (5:00-7:00pm). No delivery services.

Beloved Filipino fast food. Always a long line because its so loved.

I love this place. Food is affordable and yummy

Been here many times and the staff are great and very friendly. The Mega burger meal is the best I have had anywhere. The Eating area is spotless with a fulltime cleaner for the empty tables. My favourite Jollibee store.

Polomolok jollibee

If you are in a hurry to get to somewhere in South Cotabato but needs a quick burger or chicken fix, then this is the place for you. A drive-thru, you can grab your meals in less than 5 minutes or so. Competent staff. Love it.

This is my to-go comfort food. Just a quick drive thru and im done. I was so happy that they put up a branch here in polomolok.

The only one Jollibee store serving Polomolok with drive thru, a PWD friendly with accessible wheel chair parking, accessible wheelchair entrance and restroom. Outdoor seating available. Very good servicing crews. Thumbs up!

Its the usually good and friendly Jollibee service

Hometown Jollibee! Queues move quicker than in most branches. Food gets served quicker too. Place is cleaner than most branches Ive been to. Has free WiFi but only limited to ground floor. Can get quite crowded during lunch time. Has drive-thru for when youre travelling from Gensan to Koronadal and vice versa.

The people working here are lacking a lot of things like they often forget something in the order or food arrangement. Just like today, they gave us our bucket meal but with no plates.
