This is a five star review because this is a damn fine coffee shop lol, because I love coffee. Cozy place at pagpasok pa lang ang bango na ng kape. Mababait at accommodating ang staff. And what I like the most is since hindi over rated ang kape nowadays kaya walang pila or anything, you can just satisfyingly enjoy your coffee here at kung take out eh madali mo lang makukuha.

Great coffee and cakes. Cozy place to have a chat and coffee with your friends. The only problem with this branch is that it doesnt have it own CR so you need to go to the VERANZA MALL CR.

Love the interior and space. But has no own toilet room

It is very wheel chair accessible and even to those who use other mobility equipment. It doesnt have a toilet of its own, however. Customers use the malls (tenant) toilet instead, but it closes at 9p.m. The service is great.Staff are very accomodating to disabled persons by immediately giving them menu copies instead of having them line up at the counter. They give the proper disabled discounts outroght once presented with an I.D. without being requested to do so. One of the best coffeshops in the city.

More spacious than starbucks but the offerings are nothing special. Its in the middle. Im giving 5 stars for the space.

If you want coffee from one of the big name coffee shops yet want a place as cozy and warm as home, then this place is for you. They serve one of the best coffees in the city, and the place is definitely perfect for meet-ups and afternoon or late-night chill because this one doesnt get too crowded and noisy. The area is well-lit, maintained, and the staff has been really friendly and accommodating. I have enjoyed their pastas for years and it has never failed to surprise my appetite.

My favorite is their mexican chocolate latte. The place is quiet, perfect for chitchats with a small group. And their carrot walnut loaf.

Nice coffees with some different flavours to try. Prices are not cheap but the coffee and the choice is good. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the cafe design is warm and fun. Good place to meet up or grab a quick coffee

Best place to chill when waiting for someone. Always. For killing the time when kids doesnt need you anymore but need a ride home. Can even watch a full movie and play my favorite coc because of free wifi. Staffs are friendly too. Overall, this is where I feel comfy than any other coffee shops.

Aside from that, they have a friendly staff. It is also near other shops and the band outside Veranza Mall. Cool place for chilling out and have fun!By the way, the caramel and almond cheesecake is also good. Try it!

Ive been a coffee bean regular since 2015 and it didnt fail to give the quality service they offer. The drinks already given na good. But what keeps me coming back is the way they treat their customers. Youre gonna feel accommodated and welcomed all the time.

I make my cheat day worth the wait with their Ultimate Mocha. :)

I love this CBTL branch, it has a good location and has a good view of the Malls waterfalls wall. An awesome place to chill and work. Their White Chocolate Dream Latte or Ice Blended is a must-try!

The place is clean and the staff is really accommodating. The coffee is really good. They also have internet connection but you should have a CBTL card for you to have the password.

Great place to chill at Veranza Mall. Despite the super prohibitive prices, you get good coffee and tea, comfy seats, likeable staff and unlimited wifi. Only 2 charging outlets though. And yes, they have super yummy sandwiches. No toilets. Bummer.

No free wifi, unless you buy a membership card, then youll get an access to their wifi for your every visit. Just show your card. You can also earn points every time you purchase a drink with them. I used to stay here whenever I have work needs to get done with a focus, and it would be much perfect if they provide free wifi for all customers. I find these place workable for me. I just gave 4 stars because theres no free wifi access for all customers buying coffee.

You can order hot and cold drinks here with honey in a stick.. This place has a good wifi and offers a variety of desserts.

My experience with The CBTL in Veranza has been one of the most memorable during my vacation down south. Its location is good and the staff are all customer-friendly.

CBTL is one of my fave coffee shops in Gensan because this is not crowded and they serve delicious coffee and tea! Living up to its name huh! ;) I recommend the matcha green tea latte, English breakfast tea latte and their Ultimate Mocha Blended drink.

One of my familys fave hangouts! The price is always right in this place coz youre not only buying coffee or their pastries, but you get the atmosphere & well-trained staffs. Oh, and you get fast free internet wifi :)

I like the location of the shop and the ambiance but I am not into their coffee.

I prefer CBTL over other coffee shops since their coffee is not too strong. Their Matcha also tastes better. The Matcha Ice blended also tastes better with soy milk. The ensaymada is also to die for most especially when its warmed.

Coffee afternoons always hit the spot. Love the service of this particular branch at Veranza mall.
