HONEST review.Hilaw ang Jumbo Pecho nila -hindi ito isda na parang ipinatong lang sa grill ng panandalianat magmarka ang hot iron ay ok na. Lahat ng pecho nila eh ganon, di tulad sa ibang inasal na 90% luto, eto nasa 60% lang.Yung pre-served rice dbest kasi tamang tama at hindi basa, PERO yung unli rice na senerve ay mabasang-mabasa at nakakawalang gana kumain ng marami.Yung spare ribs nila, ok na ok sa sobrang dami ba naman kaysa iba, may katigasan nga lang, mananakit kamay sa pag slice ng meat. Lutong luto talaga porky recipe nila. Yung back ribs, ok naman medyo malambot, kaso lahat ng porky nila ay sweet-type.Yung lemonade-cucumber ay ok na ok kasi malasahan mo talaga cucumber na merong lemon. Yung place ay ok din, yun nga lang walang CR at washing area (hands).Kung spare ribs at back ribs hanap mo ay dito ka na.Kung chicken inasal hanap mo, i suggest doon na kayo sa ibang kainan (mang inasal, inato,penongs)I suggest dapat e monitor nila quality ng food kung ito ba lutong luto, at di basa yung rice bago eserved.Suggest na iimproved pa ang customer service lalo na sa mga na assigned sa bushing at serving. Exercise courtesy, smile, at excuses kasi masikip na nga magsiksikan na walang pasintabi na dadaan or maglalagay ng food sa mga kumakain na.

Affordable price for a large piece of meat. The place looks neat too. I think they need more staffs to accommodate customers.What I like the most is that they have ready plastic bags and tissues at the side of their counter in case you want to take out your leftovers.I hope theyd give out free drinks with every meal. Their cucumber juice is pretty expensive.

This is a newly opened restaurant in Gensan so theres a crowd and the queues are long, so we decided to order just one kind from the menu, their famous Spareribs with Unlimited Rice. Yes, most of the menu are with unlimited rice so from that alone, it is worth a trip especially if you are really hungry.The price is affordable and the serving is generous. The food servants are accommodating and always smiling, reminiscent of its hometown Bacolod, the City of Smile. The interior is beautiful and quite unique compared to other restaurant in SM, and Gensan as a whole. Will definitely visit once the crowd starts to lessen, if that will happen

The latest toast of the fastfood world in Gensan. An interesting food concept by a Bacolod-based company that sells grilled set meals including pork ribs, chicken, bangus, marlin among others . It has elevated the typical barbecue resto experience with its well-lit interiors, trendy set up. And the price is just right. Expect long queue tho due to its popularity among barbecue lovers. Rib Shack offers unli rice to diners. The items are priced reasonably. Their food tastes good and the portions are generous. Service is fast and staff are very attentive.

I like their babyback ribs, its so yummy. The price is reasonable, and the place is nice.

This place is always full house since the day it opened. Best Grilled Food in town, Backribs, Spareribs, Chicken Inasal, Beef Kebab, Jumbo Squid, Blue Marlin etc and its too cheap bundled with unli rice for all meals! The only problem is their seats during dinner, the flow of food junkies around is overwhelming, its too hard to find a seat especially for table for 5 and up. The wait is a bit long but its always worth it. These guys need to open a new branch around town ASAP so they need not to rush their food serving because sometimes they serve the food raw which is understandable due to the number of customers they get each day. The most awesome idea is that they have plastic and paperbags for take out at your disposal.

The most affordable steaks is in General Santos. The backribs, beef kebab and spareribs are my personal favourites. Pork barbeque, chicken meals and fish meals also tastes great! All menus comes with eat all you can rice. Great place for the entire family.

The best place to go if you want steak but on a tight budget. The Backribs is good. The qeue sometimes is long and sometimes, not all the time, only one cashier is open. So maybe they should improve that.

Ordered squid and ribs. Paid 5:13pm. Ribs served 5:16. Followed up squid at 5:19. Waiter said will be served in 10mins. Squid served by 5:27. But nonetheless, food is yummy and delicious.

Dear #Ribshack SM Gensan,It was my first time to dine in your place. I am a pesco-vegetarian so my choices are limited. Since I was together with my friends and theyve decided to eat out in your fastfood, I had no choice but to order whats available and eatable for me.There werent a lot of choices since your bangus and stuffed shrimps are available. It is understandable. So I opted for JUMBO Squid Meal.When my order came, I disappointedly talked to your manager how I got only three sticks of thinly-squared slices of squid for a 189 pesos.May I suggest next time to label your menu properly as to thin-down customers expectation of what JUMBO means?A 55-gram grilled squid can be more realistic than over advertising it.And your cucumber-lemonade sounded too sugary as their isnt a single organic cucumber mixed in the drink. Plus your cucumber side dish is too little and so thinly-sliced.I couldnt really gather my disappointment for a fastfood I oftentimes see filled with customers. I dont want to talk about the taste either.
