This hotel is one of the first ones in Gensan. The facilities feel a old but they have made some improvements on the ceiling and walls and also on the toilets. Still considered one of the meeting venues in Gensan

Family Country Hotel is a great place! The place is big and will surely accommodate big events ️ The hall was great and even the pool is big enough for great numbers. The food they cater is delicious and satisfying.

You know their food is undeniably very good. But they tend to be very crowded, which at times take some of the costumers having to wait for more than an hour for their orders to be served. Way too bad of a service.. the price is very reasonable. Perhaps you just need to come here earlier, before 7pm.

A good place for your gathering and convention. With garden swimming pool and the rate is enough for a middle class hotel users.

Parking is spacious and the place is easy to find. Landmark is easy to spot.CONS: Genset cannot accommodate all lights and air conditioning in the convention center when a brownout happens

One of the more durable hotels in the city that is the choice venue of govt agencies and units due to its spacious seminar halls and super affordable rates. The rooms are still comfy altho with that old moldy smell to it. Could use some refurbishing. Food and service are tops. And yes, they have an Olympic sized swimming pool. Nice lay-out with small gardens ! Rooms are spacious, too! The function rooms are quite wide, not at all those narrow types.

Beautiful on the outside, but rooms are a bit old. Need serious renovation. WiFi is intermittent. Water pressure not strong enough. No complimentary water.Front desk staff are courteous, though. Very easy to deal with.

Convenient n nice audio

Love beer but hate too much? Love the feeling of seeing bottles of assorted alcohol, which you cant buy cause theyre only for display, and then sulk in grief? If you do, this is what youre looking for. But dont get me wrong, i dont hate this place. I could even go as far as saying i might be visiting again soon. There just might be people out there who have these masochistic preferences. If youre one of them, get your plump out of the couch, chair, or where ever its placed, and start riding to the Family Country Hotel!

Not like just I expected the facility was not so good the stuff are so not in a good behavior and the quality of bed,cr are not good enough for people in high standards

I thought the rooms where designed after a public hospital ward, with such wxpensive ratee go find another hotel or pwnsion house

Fine place to relax after a hard days work.Plus, they have a swimming pool.

The garden and grounds were beautiful. The people were as helpful as they could be. But the place is terrible. Its dirty. It looks like its from the early 70s. The Wi-Fi I barely worked. The bathroom towels look like the towels you would wipe off your car with. Nothing was clean. I could run my hand over furniture and pull dust off of it. The bathrooms could have used a gallon of Tilex. they dont want to put money into it but they want to charge you for every little thing they do. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never stay at that hotel again I dont care what the price.

Place is a bit old. The convention center is large. Its one of the cheapest places in the city. Food is great.

Yes,its a better place to stay here in Gensan.Its safe and convenient. Shopping malls are walking distance only.

Nice old for home away from home hotel in here. Its somewhat private because Mateo raod is not so public, but the room rates are at the average.

You cant use their pool for free at the whole duration of your stay, you have to pay an extra if you decide to swim the next day. Beds have broken rollers and the bathroom is untidy..
