Ambience is nice. Place is not crowded. Has a shopping mall and a well known call center. Good place to have an early morning jog. The shopping mall has good variety of food.

It still needs a lot of work and I had to cross the road to get to the nearest restroom.

Upscale but homey. It is not the usual Cebuano community hub. If you are here for dining, you can expect the usual service but the atmosphere is relaxed. There is a sense of security around the place.

Peaceful and clean community

Love this place. My family has been eating here for years, since it was in Rustins at Mango Square (that was more than a decade ago). They still have some of the same staff, very friendly. I recommend the Beef Steak and the Lumpia Shanghai, but the portion size for the Beef Steak seems to be going down.

Rustans banawa, all you need for groceries

A distance away from the citys center of commerce but you can have all you need in this place -- clinic, bank, gym, Rustans, Abaca.

You gotta have your own internet connection. Their Wifi speed is a little weak.Food is definitely the best. I come here for their sandwiches and they are to die for. Crew are polite and courteous. They ask if you want sugar on the side or mixed especially when a drink is served bitter in taste. Im very impressed.

Its a good place to go for a jog or walk early in the morning. It has a grocery store and a coffee shop around the area. They also have NBI outlet which is very efficient in terms of performance. The parking space is also spacious, I think its not really crowded their so if you dont like buyig your groceries in a crowded place, this is your place.

This is a poorly maintained mall. Some of the establishment has closed and the overall feel is that the place is unused. I think the only thing that keeps it alive is the NBI clearance and the Rustans supermarket. It used to be a very liveky place as far as I can remember when I first went here about 8 years ago. Not sure what happened. But since this is just my opinion and not necessarily facts, you can check for yourself.

Rustans is good , there is Zumba too but I try to avoid shopping then because the parking lot can be very full. The food places and pharmacy are now closed which is dissappointing though

Love to do my shopping in Rustans Banawa in Paseo Arcenas because the staff are helpful, friendly and courteous. Their products are of good quality and the presentation is appropriate.

The place is not really big just enough. A supermarket, drugstore, bakery...My favorite of the place is the supermarket because it is Rustans and the place is not crowded. So there is not a lot of que and a big parking area.

I almost come here everyday because our office is located in one of the buildings situated in this real-estate complex (adjacent to Convergys), but then there will be times when my breath is taken a way by the beauty of the mountains (which appears to be a background of the village and Paseo Arcenas grounds). So what makes Paseo Arcenas a great place for visiting?1. The scenic mountain view (especially in the morning and afternoon, for that rustic sunset).2. The posh village (looking up the undulating road)3. The shops, offices and storefronts:- Coffee Dream (for Coffee Lovers)- LBC Padala- Rustans Supermarket (youll find all sorts of amazing domestic and imported products)- Three-Sixty Pharmacy (for your medical needs)- Yumyum Tree, Tamgu Grill (other food stalls)- Savesmile Dental Clinic- A bankSee?
