Easy accessible resto and a good place to eat. Unfortunately crews are slow and this place easily packs up as this is located in a mall. Most of the time a food will go missing for failing to stock up on time, Like there will be no bacon for the burger, no soda, no peach mango pies. The list goes on. I think this only proves that the food is great. If you want to get food here you need to drop by the place as they dont have delivery service nor they are affiliated to Grab or Food Panda.

Smooth flow of entering inside sa shopping mall

So far during lunch the transaction is still smooth and fast. They have a crew that take customers order from the lane itself carrying an iPod. I guess thats innovative.

Mostly they serve thigh part which has less meat and much cheaper bought from suppliers. They are always out of stocks with softdrinks so, they serve ice tea, powdered mix with much water and sugar so, they save from more expensive softdrinks. If you choose pineapple juice, you have to pay additional cost again the pineapple comes from cans, mix with water and sugar. These marginalize their profit. Aside from that the services are poor and too slow.

She was giggling and making fun while taking order from me as if they are taking orders from a baby, just because I cant speak bisaya.She didnt reply to my words and it made me feel ignored.Of course the food was good, but if you are working for customer services, you should be more careful not to hurt your costomers feelings.Treating foreigner doesnt mean you treat them like you treat a baby. Her making fun like that in English made me feel worse about myself not being able to speak bisaya after 2 years of staying here in Cebu. Its a shame, but she made me feel worse..Should have gone to Mcd instead right across the street. You guys suck.

Decent place to buy your groceries. I go here if I need fresh fruits and veggies. Not the most complete but they have the basics. Sadly I have bad cell reception inside the food court so I dont hang out long in there
