A place to dine and relax, nice place to hold minor meeting with clients and friends

Starbucks Drive through is specially if you need a quick caffeine fix.

Sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes because they cant handle the drive though line for Starbucks. This is ridiculous.

Ample parking spots and lots of dine in options.

One stop place for food lovers. If youre into the best lechon you can eat at ricos and then drink starbucks after. They have free zumba as well.

One of the convenient places to go to within the city: plenty of food choices, Starbucks and 10th Dove Street are here. Ricos Lechon used to be here, now being replaced by Cebus Best Lechon. My kids love the ground outside Ila Puti, especially at night when all the lights are on. A local band plays here every weekend and stalls selling knicknacks are also set up on Sundays.

It has everything you need for a lazy or productive afternoon. Youll get what I mean when you go there. A place that has entertainment for all ages, and food options for different budgets. Free parking too!

Lots of commercial establishments here that are popular. Quite close to the city center so it is highly accessible.

Liking this place for all the restaurants and coffee shops. Theres Piga Fetta, an italian restaurant; a Japanese resto; Tinderbox where you can get the exquisitely good steak, buy deli and cheese. For coffee shops, theres Starbucks with its own Drive-thru, and 10 Dove St if you want a wide selection of cakes. And if you want to grab some fast food and drive thru too theres Burger King.

Compared to malls, this strip is actually good! Not much people here.
