料理は普通のフィリピンレストランレベルです。テラスを予約していったのですが呼んでも店員がきません。夜景もセブシティが見渡せるというだけで普通です。セブは基本的にレストランの味も質もイマイチで食べるところに困るのですがここも過度の期待は禁物です。

Once upon a time it was nice and clean. Now its showing its age, crowded, terribly slow service which is unable to cope when tables are filled. Food is relatively expensive and the last visit had food served in exasperating long gaps with the main dish served cold, likely somebody forgot in the kitchen. If you really like a view, visit off hours or another place.

The place is cozy and the food is delicious and my favorite is their chopsuey

I like it for its location and the view. A very good place to get out of cebu city quickly and look at the entire city and the sea from the hill.The evening view was good. But I believe the early morning would be beautiful. Didnt experience it so far.The food is ok. Buy the service is very slow. They could make the place little bit more customer friendly

OMG! The salpicao is amazing, just melts in your mouth! And of course everything else is good too and nice view. You must check out this place when you’re in Cebu

세부의 야경을 보면서 필리핀 음식을 즐기시기바랍니다.음식은 대체적 짠편이고 주문후 나오는 시간이 많이 걸린다는게 좀 아쉽지만음식은 짠거빼고는 문안합니다.

Сюда приехали только из за хорошего вида. Персонал не приветливый. Долго сами искали свободный столик. Еда на 3. Beef steak был вовсе не стэйк, а мясо нарезанное кусочками, которые невозможно было разжевать.

This restaurant has a nice view. They have a really wide menu and the prices are reasonable. Their location is not too high up the busay area which makes it easily accessible by motorcycle or by car. Aside from the resto bar, they also have a pizzeria and a small cafe. They have function rooms for big events.

No seafood at that time for the Sinigang na Hipon. But in this place for those who likes far viewing city, this is best fitted to you. Seeing the City with full of lights while eating. Great place and delicious food.

Its such an amazing restaurant with a great view overlooking the City of Cebu. Id love to come back to this place!We tried their red velvet cake and chocolate cake before... and they were delicious! Id totally recommend this place especially for those whod enjoy a time away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. At night, view of the city lights from afar is just dazzling to watch. The place is just a short drive from JY Square. If you happen to be in Mr. As, you are closer to getting to Tops Lookout (Observation Deck) & even Temple of Leah where you can get a wider view of the entire Cebu City.On a motorcycle, the road going to Mr. As is an uphill battle. Traffic - not really an issue though the road is steep and sometimes curvy. Try to enjoy the fresh air. Theres definitely habal-habal around JY that you can book and negotiate with the driver a fair price (to and from Mr.As).Attached here is an older photo we took from Mr. As some time in 2012. Things might have improved over the years. I definitely look forward to my next visit. :)

I dont know why people come to here in spite of its bad location (far from the city), bad service quality, and service charge. I could not get grab taxi easily, and the food was too salty and not delicate. I had to wait more than 20-30 minutes to my food served. Also, it takes more than 10 minutes to get my bill. The view was not that good and I gurantee that you will not be satisfied by its food.

I so love the food here and theres a lot to choose from... absolutely be back here again..thanks to the jolly waiter️️️
