I order 2pc chicken then the cashier told us 20 mins then i said its okay , after 20mins of waiting wala padin until 1 hr na wala pa rin ung mga stuff hindi sanay magmanage ng order halos ubos na yung kinakain ko na fries at pizza wala pa din yung chicken at nabusog nako sa softdrinks kaiintay . After 1hr in half lng naibigay yung chicken nung nagalit nako sa cashier . Bad service

You need to be a member to buy something. Nice shopping place to shop, the price is very high, but quality is good, most of the product sell out are imported.

I am a big fan of S&R, imagine my excitement when I found out that Cabanatuan will have its own S&R., we dont have to go to San Fernando, Pampanga to do our shopping. From what I remember, the S&R Cabanatuan was opened last June 2018. We did last minute shopping last December 2018. less than a year after opening its doors, I find the standards of S&R Cabanatuan dipping, on the food services section , mayonnaise and ketchup dispensers were already not working, a plastic spoon was inside the dispenser, so you spoon out mayonnaise and ketchup which is unhygienic. We went to order food, two staff, possibly a supervisor and a service staff, discussing something while in front of cash register, in front of customers, we patiently waited for them, these two staff did not even acknowledge our presence and they just left, leaving us to move to another line, no apologies not even an eye contact.When I was in line on the grocery section, we have to wait because the cashier, made a mistake and have to call the supervisor to correct the bill of the customer ahead of me, during my turn, the same thing happened, take note that this is December, everyone is on a hurry to do their Christmas shopping, I feel sorry for the people behind me who are looking impatient and glaring at me as if its my fault. I like S&R but the attitude of the staff puts me off, I dont know if its their lack of training or customer service skills, or they are too busy to be bothered, plus most of my favourite items are not available ( Cheesecake Factory and Assorted Bread, most of the bread available that time is the boring Tasty or loaf bread, I wanted Ciabatta or Garlic bread ) They have a lot to learn from other branches, sorry for comparing, I have seen other branches on their busy period, but they are still professional in every way when they deal with customers

Fresh and frozen goodies closed to home. Imported goods, cookies, and icecream. Including their pizza, roasted chicken, churoz and salad.

Perfect place for family bonding

Disappointing. Smaller store than the one in San Fernando, and much less to choose from. Management is not interested in getting in stock items customers ask for; theyre selling what they want, not what customers want! Why should I drive all the way from San Jose City to Cabanatuan to see the same Filipino-centric junk I can get in my local WalterMart or SpendMore? Management has no imagination or motivation to serve customers. Ask them to get items you want but cant find anywhere and management responds with lame excuses about there being no stock. Im not asking if its in stock Im asking you to obtain it and get it in stock so I can buy it! I came to this store with P50,000 to spend on food supplies and left having spent no more than P2,400 because I was unable to get what I wanted, and management was unable to show any interest in providing what I want.

Why cant S&R Pampanga be a Complete One Stop Outlet as this branch.
