Maganda ang place pero ang panget ng sinasabi nilang rules daw nila.1st - hindi pwedeng iresched ang bookings kahit malayo pa ang date. Masyado silang takot mawalan ng bookings.2nd - nagbayad kami ng reservation fee. At sinabi samin na before magcheck in need magbayad ng addl 2k for deposit just incase na may masira o mawala. Ibabalik daw ang 2k if wala naman nawala o nadamage which is okay lang, but the problem is hindi kami inform na we have to pay the full amount ng stay namin (which is 2nights ng family room nila) agad agad before kami makapasok. Na shock ako kasi im ecpecting na upon check out pa kami magbabayad and at that moment hindi pa kami nagwiwithdraw since may event nga kami the following day saknilang venue.3rd - nasira ang aircon sa isa sa mga rooms namin sa family room nila (villa type). Itinawag namin para ayusin ang nasabing unit but unfortunately hindi nila maayos ang aircon. I requested na magpahiram ng room since it was our right na masulit ang bayad namin but they insisted na magbibigay nalang sila ng 2 electricfan. (wth!) rules daw ito ng resort.Ang lahat ng toh ay naayos naman dahil sa matitiyaga nilang stuff after kong magdiwara ng magdiwara. Saludo din naman ako sa patience nila sa lahat ng demands ko. (Well hindi din naman un mangyayari if maayos silang kausap in the 1st place). In the pinahiram din naman nila kami ng extra room, hindi kami nagbayad upon check in.P. S. ang hirap mag check out mag order ng food since walang sumasagot sa intercom nila. Sa cellphone pako tumatawag for assistance.Maganda ang place and nevertheless nag enjoy kami sa pool dahil malinis ang tubig pero I dont think na mauulit pa kami ng family ko dito..Anyway thank you.

Superb food abd excellent staff.

Nice place with a bad service, breakfasts half an hour late, no wi-fi. Shower does not work etc.
