Pretty good than before. The room smell fresh than out smoke-smell room last time we stay. 12Mbps internet speed than our no Internet connectivity stay before :) Thumbs up for our stay today! :)

Worst hotel. Foods are not good despite having buffet. Staffs are not nice and not professional. Buffet rules are totally out of this world as you need to use ONE PLATE if you intend to eat more and use more plate you need to pay 100 pesos plus. Sound strange but yes thats part of their un acceptable policy. This is the first time I have been in a hotel having buffet restaurant that you only use one plate and force you to share plates with your kids.

This was my 4th stay at Top Star and each time it has improved. Excellent service and staff, clean and spacious rooms. The WIFI was outstanding (I had, had problems on a prior visit. They have upgraded the breakfast Buffet since my last trip to Cabanatuan, and I love the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room. Situated on the main highway within walking distance to either Robinsons Mall, or, SM City in the opposite direction, it is definitely, the best place to stay in Cabanatuan

The management are not hands on with the guests. The crew have no sense of priority and interest nor a welcomingand accommodating attitude. The restrooms are disgusting. The ventilation and airconditiong is flawed.

Giving this 5 star when my mam visited me in work and in the evening ,ask me to stay there ,it was a great place for me with free breakfast in the morning . Thank you to my mam who do not treat me as a worker but also a companion .

Clean linen 5/5, Pillows (5/5), Condiments (4/5), Comfort Room (4/5), Room Cleanliness and Appliances (5/5), Curtains (4/5), Breakfast Good. Call them first or better yet check with any hotel app.

Very convenient location and very nice hotel

The hotel is really nice and clean even the staffs are very accomodaring.

Wifi service was down, TV sketchy. No room safes. General repair of the room was poor, chipped furniture, burn marks in the rug, batteries dead in the TV remote. Breakfast mediocre. Our second stay there and the only reason we returned was its location for what were we doing.

部屋も綺麗でスタッフの対応も満足できるものです　残念なのは部屋に冷蔵庫が無いことです　ホテル周辺の治安は良く夜に近くのモールまで歩いて行っても大丈夫でした

Very nice room and super awesome staff. My sister had her debut preps in this hotel and I must say, they didnt give us any hassle whatsoever. will definitely stay here again.

Nice location, buffet breakfast, carpet floorings, clean rooms, and cool ac. thumbs up!

The staff is friendly and helpful.The facility shows signs of age and much wear and tear. The carpets are stained and have cigarette burns and even the burn of an iron. The shower almost got luke warm.

Cockroach in the lobby. No internet in the room, free or paid. Lobby internet only works with messenger. I was told it would have been better if I was using an Android.

Actually pretty good for a hotel in Cabanatuan,because lodging places in the city are mostly provincial. Still pales in comparison to hotels in Manila and other big cities in the Philippines, lack of amenities for one, no ref, no safe and so so breakfast.

The interior is nice and the staff are courteous. The food is okay, although there was a not-so-good smell emanating from the bathroom--could be because of the ventilation shaft.

Its been a good and great days living here..satisfied so much from all ladys in the frontdesk they been so nice and i like all the staff..feel at home..

Needs to improve their elevator system. Should be available at all times for the guests comfort..

The place is a cut above the other hotels in cabanatuan. They could have gotten 5 stars but... a lot of issues... wifi is a major factor. Its slow and if you are on the 4th floor good luck on getting coverage. Next the water... it said hot and cold but its lukewarm and cold... not sure if their heater is busted or ... next the food is a bit expensive and there are a lot of restaurant here so at least they could be at par. Food quality is near hotel level. They dont provide razor and hairdryer so i suggest get one yourselves. No fridge or minibar... cant bring food which is normal... parking is secure but not covered... also limited if the hotel is jampacked.Now for the positives. Friendly staff. Flexible. Secure area... near malls an tons of banks... gas stations too. Its near sctex if you want to avoid the horrendous traffic casuded by tricycles. Its my best bet.

Charged for extra bed, but didnt say anything until check in. Said room was for 4 people, but only gave two pillows. Charged for extra pillows.
