Good service,, mabait ang guard at crew

Napakatagal ng service. Iilan lang ang customers, napakatatagal pa kumilos. Ang daming crew naman sana na wlang ginagawa, nagkukumpulan lang. It took us more than 30 minutes bago natapos umorder at makaalis ng counter. Sana kung maglalagay ng trainee na cashier, may nag aassist din na hindi baguhan di yung pinagsama sa isang counter ang parehong newbie, di pa magkasundo. Ang ending nakatambak sa kabilang lane yung customers kasi di pa yata marunong yung nasa kabilang lane. Masyadong matigas na yung chicken, I wonder ilang beses na nafry yun. Kaya nga kmi nagjollibee kasi juicy yung chicken ng jollibee, yung sinerve saamin, muntik ng lumutong pati buto Yung shanghai, ang kunat na nung naserve at malamig, ull know nmn if its newly cooked. Lastly, yung tubig po na kasama ng meal namin, isang kulay iced tea at isang kulay pineapple juice

SOBRANG BAGAL NG SERVICE. NAKAKAINIS. ILANG BESES NA MAY NAIIWAN NA ORDER NAMIN. TIPONG TAPOS NA KAMI KUMAIN LAHAT TAPOS YUNG ISANG KASAMA NAMIN WALA PA YUNG ORDER KAHIT ILANG FOLLOW UP NA. ILANG BESES NA SAMIN NANGYARI TAPOS ANTAY KAMI NG ANTAY NG FOOD NAMIN DI PALA NAPUNCH. Ilang tanong pa ginawa nung cashier di pala sinama.

Malinis,maaliwalas at okay n okay ang chicken joy lutong luto hanggang s loob di katulad ng chicken joy s jollibee sta rosa n nasa loob ng city mall,ilang beses ko ng sinabi n hilaw ang chicken nila wala p din pagbabago di p din inayos ang pagluluto,goodluck jollibee cabanatuan diversion road,more power!!!

Incomplete order. Walang rice and shanghai yung chicken meal na inorder namin for take out. Ang hassle lang kasi ang layo na namin di na kami makakabalik. Very disappointed

Open for dine-in.Nothing has changed much on the sitting arrangement.U can sit together facing each other while eating.They will ask u however to sign usual locator forms just in case.Wear face mask!

Went here for a drive thru for a bucket load of fried chicken, spag, etc. Asked the cashier NOT to include any breast and thigh part coz no one in the fam-bam would eat it. Picked the orders and the lady cashier gave us the assurance that they did not put any breast/thigh part. When we got home to eat, ALL parts were breasts and thigh. Lol. You see this is why people have trust issues.You got 3 stars coz your facility and staff were strictly observing precautionary procedures. But it couldve been 5 if not for the miscommunication and the lies and deception. Haha.

Food is superb. Especially my favorite spicy chicken joy.

This place is near the NEUST sumacab campus. Very convenient for the traveler because there is a fast food nearby.

Good for people whos travelling to Nueva Ecija to stop over & eat with family/friends

Brand new Jollibee branch in Maharlika Highway, still hygienic because it just opened but I fear not for long because that is the dilemma of Jollibee restaurants because of huge volume of customers everyday, cleaning staff cant keep up.

I really love their burger steak, spaghetti, palabok, and their burgers. I always buy their Jollibee Champ burger.
