Our stay at seda was almost perfect had it not for the strong smell of dust due to ongoing construction. Unfortunately, my husband and I happened to be asthmatic and so our stay was a bit traumatic. In fairness to the hotel, they were prompt in addressing the issue and provided us with the humidifier. Our room was nice and the pool is just visible from the room. Breakfast was great although children were not included.

Truly an awesome hotel that exceeded my expectations! The staff are very courteous and helpful. A very comfortable room with a very cold and more importantly quiet air conditioning unit. The bed is very comfortable and there is plenty of room to store your items. This is a new hotel and it really shines. The buffet is what really made the hotel pop, its huge and everything is so fresh. Made to order omelettes and cappuccino, I CAN WHOLE HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND IT WILL BE MY GO TO HOTEL FOR FUTURE STAYS IN BACOLOD!

We stayed at Seda Hotel for 12 days as quarantine facility during COVID pandemic. Their amenities are excellent including the fast wifi connection. Though we were not allowed to go out to use the pool or gym but we are well taken care particularly the food they served.

I stayed at Seda Capitol Central Hotel at Bacolod for 2 nights.LocationIt is opposite many restaurants - 24h Chowking, 24h Jollibee, McDonald’s and also Chicken Deli. It is also walking distance to the largest shopping mall in Bacolod. The largest shopping mall is still under construction. It is about 1km away from the famous, Aida’s Chicken Inasal.FacilitiesThe hotel is new. They have a rooftop bar, a restaurant, a large swimming pool and a small Swimming pool, a gym and several function rooms. The rooftop bar has an unobstructed view. The pool, which is fairly big, is opened from 6am to 6pm. The gym has a few machines and it is opened for 24h. I did not use the function rooms but they look nice.RoomThe bed is the star. It is very comfortable. I could fall asleep instantly and woke up feeling refreshed. There are 2 large pillows and a small square pillow. There are both day curtain and block out curtain. The aircon can be adjusted. There are sufficient electrical sockets up charge electrical devices. There are safe deposit box, strong hair dryer, many lightings and even a bath robe. Two bottles of water are given daily. There is a kettle and also satchels of coffee and tea available. There are shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dental kit in the toilet. The best part is the water pressure. It is super strong and the water temperature can be well controlled.Service and HospitalityThe staffs are their gem. They were helpful, gave warm smiles and were all put to serve and gain customers’ satisfaction. I asked for glasses of water from the restaurant on the ground floor. My group was seated at the sofas at the lobby and they gladly allowed us to have water at the lunch the lobby.RestaurantBuffet breakfast is included in the room rate. The breakfast on the second day is better than the first day. Even though the restaurant was full on a Sunday morning, the food was replenished quickly. There are ample staffs but I still had to wait for my table to be cleared. I like that I could choose how I want my eggs be cooked. There are four choices - Sunny Side, Ham & Cheese Omelette and Vegetable Omelette are three of them. The quality of food was acceptable. There are both Filipino and western food .Straight Up Rooftop BarThere are both aircon and alfresco areas. It is spacious and contemporary. There was happy hours before 8pm and I could help myself to some tapas. There is only one type of finger food. As it is free, I am not complaining. There is a wide variety of food, mainly tapas type, and drinks on the menu. A cup of tea with tea bag costs PHP100/S$2.50 and a Mango Smoothie costs PHP 200/S$5. The Mango Smoothie tastes yummy. I find the drinks inexpensive. The truffles fries taste good but not the buffalo wings with blue cheese sauce. The sauce was too strong and salty. Even though they are bar, they serve water without being asked to. I am impressed by this generosity. They serve water to us whenever we request for it.I like Seda Bacolod Hotel very much. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Bacolod.

Amongst all the hotels in Bacolod, Seda definitely has the upper hand. Their service is one-of-a-kind, a clear manifestation of happy employees and exceptional training. The hotel’s design is contemporary and classy, bringing a calming effect on you. Food is expensive but the dishes are flavorful and well-presented. In Seda, all the staff makes you feel like you’re a royalty.

I think its a good place to live in since its near the Park and bank as well, you may dine to the restaurant nearby too.

Excellent Location along Lacson St. Just a few walks away from Ayala Malls Capitol Central. Across it are 24 hours fast food shops so a quick bite, even during wee hours should be no problem. Rooms are quite new and service is the usual Seda.

Seda is the best choice in bacolod. location good, service can say good. all equipment is ok for business trip. breakfast is better than average. the only comment is that they insist to have their booking confirmation before i can check in (even though we have email communication before). remember to bring your hotel confirmation

Staying here again for the Philippine Airlines golf tour. Our group is missing the hospitality of Ms Sabrina and Rhett the managers who both took care of us like royalties during our first stay. Staff are trying but unfortunately , lacking in sincerity and professionalism. They should have learned from the past managers, such a shame. Food still a mediocre and can be greatly improved.

The Seda Residences is a very nice place with a very kind and professional staff. The room was very nice, the food was also very good and served in a lovely rooftop setting. I also found the location convenient and neighborhood safe.

As a former mixologist in Maldives, the best cocktail list Ive tasted so far in Negros. Perfectly balanced. Frozen margarita on a rock glass is on point.

-Room cleaning has a lot to improve.-Towels were old .-Food was just ok but resto and bar were most of the time empty ,expected they will be somehow packed since we stayed on a weekend. Food attendants were just talking and using cellphone- No attendant available by the pool which needs cleaning, tiles with algae and No life guard so swim at your own risk especially when you have kids with you.- Location at the city center

Contemporary hotel with pool, gym, restaurant, and bar. Good breakfast buffet spread. Rooms have complimentary coffee and tea with usual toiletries plus robe and hair dryer. Good security, too. Only guests with room cards can use the elevator, otherwise concierge will assist.

Generally, service was slow. Staff strongly needs help and coaching compared to other Seda hotels weve been to .Supervisor at the desk not flexible insisting POLICY!!! Obviously ,unknowledgeable in service protocols and recovery. Maybe this proves that service in Bacolod are really slow, not sure if this is really the culture here, hope Im wrong. Please do not put student practicumers at the lobby who can not answer to our queries. We asked for simple directions on how to go to one place within the city and she only said Sorry I dont know that place Did not even bother to ask someone who might know it. I dont know how you hire staff.

By far the nicest hotel in Bacolod, with the price tag to match. Rooms are slightly smaller than comparative hotel rooms at El Fischer Hotel (sometimes called El Fischer Main Hotel), but Seda is brand new. Comes with useful amenities for charging gadgets, HDMI ports, etc.Best continental breakfast in the city, with impossible to beat location. For cheaper options I suggest El Fischer Chalet or GT Hotel.

My sty at the hotel was outstanding! fast check-in, comfortable spacious room, good wi-fi, a/c worked very well, tv was great with plenty of good channels.....I really have no complaints. oh and the breakfast buffet was very accommodating with plenty of choices. I would stay here again.

My Fiancé and I decided to have Luch so we tried this new Hotel in the City as we are familiar with their other hotels in Makati and BGC. The menu options is very limited compared to other Seda that we tried. What made it worse was the service from the restaurant, very sloppy and we dont feel welcomed. We looked for our tables on our own considering its empty during that time. The waitress offered us a menu right away but when we are ready to order, its quite hard to get their attention as they are always gazing on the entrance. the Prawn soup was okay but the Salmon that my fiance ordered took like an hour! Staff seems apologetic though. Theres only 2 staffs and most of them are on the job trainees I guess since they are wearing white. They dont seem to have a Manager or someone looking at their operation. Overall taste was Soso. Their Davao hotel fared well for the taste but was expecting more for Bacolod. I heard a lot of negative reviews from our friends and stay away from the hotel. This just confirms it all.

Everything was great except for the carpet used in the hallways (it looks dirty). They need to change it into something vibrant that showcases the hotel. No ice machine but you can ask for ice in the restaurant and they will gladly fill your container for you.

Was happy with the early check in but our room’s amenities weren’t complete yet - no coffee in the room. Then, we asked for turn down service but when we went back to the room, they hadn’t done it, and also the water wasn’t refilled.

Very nice hotel, but the sewer gases are unbearable, and frankly unacceptable for a hotel thats only 2 years old. I smelled sewer gases all 4 nights of my stay, and even on the ground floor, down to the end of the hallway, the restroom there has powerful sewer gases. Its dangerous, noxious, and really diminished the quality of my stay. Even after I complained to the front desk staff, the girl just noted it, but didnt offer me anything, not even a meal, or an apology.

Still under construction though you wont know it. Service is prompt and good. The bell people are great and the restaurant is nice but the food is ok. The rooms are New and clean which is a big thing for us. The pool was closed.. need extended hours for those of us who attend work activities during the day.

A refreshingly tranquil hotel in the bustling metropolis that is Bacolod. Staff remained alert, attentive and courteous at all times. Rooms were modern contemporary and in very good condition. Overhead can lighting in the bathroom was harsh and made it difficult to use the vanity mirror without being in shadow. Pool and pool area were lovely but a 6pm closing time seemed too early to unwind after a long day. The dining hall offered the usual offerings of most other hotels I frequent in the Philippines, but I had no complaints. All-in-all I would definitely stay here again as I left rested and satisfied.

Clean and convenient place to stay when in Bacolod. Walking distance from most places in the Center (capitol etc). Rides are accessible from here (taxi, jeepney or grab). Staff are helpful and friendly. I like that the pool is clean and properly maintained.

衛生面は日本女性がぎりぎり泊まれるホテル。フリーボトルウォーターも2本までで、他は有料。無料Wi-Fiは使えるが、スピードは期待しないのが当たり前のフィリピン。地方のホテルなので★★★★★にしたいのだが、客室同士の防音が悪い。たまたま煩い隣の部屋が話し声、歌声、騒ぎ声と喘ぎ声がうるさく、リラックスする時間が減ってしまった。ルームサービスの食べ物は、量の方は地方としては一人前は多い。だが味の方は、現地フィリピン人も不味いと言う不味さ。4点とソフトドリンク1杯で税さをプラスすると2,000ペソ。マニラだと日本食レストランで夜食の持ち帰りまで出来てしまう値段。アメニティは、グレードはともかく二人分は一通り揃ってる。室内のセキュリティボックス(金庫)は13インチのノートブック、一眼カネラセットと他小物多数は収納できる。だが、フィリピンに共通してるUSBのマスターキーで開ける事のできるタイプなので、特別な貴重品は保管方法に気を付けること。フロント(レセプション)の貸し金庫の有無は未確認。屋上のラウンジは取り敢えずGood。朝食はブッフェスタイル。
