Bumili ako ng frozen hotdog at ham..sa huli d pla naisama ang frozen sa grocery bag ko..natatandaan ko walang bagger at puros babae ang nasa kaha..na realize ko lng nang umiwi ako ng bahay at walang frozen ang naisama..ung bahay ko ilang milya pa..bago mkarating sa sm..kawawa ung consumer sa ginawa ng poor customer service ng SM SUPERMARKET BACOLOD CITY.

The biggest supermarket in Bacolod and probably the best one, the only one that has wide open aisle not over loaded has most other supermarket in the Philippines, one big thing they need to improve is the catchier!!! It take for ever

The supermarket follows health and saftey protocols for COVID 19 pandemic. They provide alchohol hand sanitizer in the entrance. Personnels wear mask and face shield. I feel safe in SM.

Have lots of choices...but paying at the counter takes too long. Unlike in other groceries...i guess too much manpower reduction

Ah,who doesnt love SM. Cashiers and baggers arr really nice.

They do have a large and good selection of goods here but the wait in the lines by the cashier is insanely long.

I wish they have more selection of cheese and cold cuts. More asian spices and condiments (thai, japanese, singapore and malaysian) would be nice.

You can pretty much all you need here. Just watch the signs on the counter, some of them are for VIPs and you will not be allowed if you dont have a card.

You can probably find most of your grocery needs here.

This might be the largest, most organized and well stocked market I have ever been in.

Prices on shelf are marked lower than prices in cash register. Prices are higher than other grocery stores.

Love the experience very accomodating

-clean-safe-Even there is a price difference compared to Gaisano City Mall grocery items still i buy there because of it has much wider variety of items to choose. Well of course, I only buy items there that I couldnt find in Gaisano City Mall Grocery. Gaisano Grocery has more lesser prices.
