Goede supermarkt met uitgebreid assortiment. Drie tot vier sterren omdat de vers producten veel beter kunnen. Dat is niet alleen bij Pure Gold het geval. Dat is een manco bij bijna alle supermarkten in de Filippijnen. Te beperkt in verse groenten. Veel te weinig variëteit in het assortiment waardoor er teveel van hetzelfde product wordt ingekocht. Bijvoorbeeld Chinese kool. Er ligt genoeg om een hele stad te bevoorraden en de rest van de schappen hebben minimale extra groenten en fruit.Met scherp inkopen, veel van hetzelfde tegen lage prijzen en niet letten op wat de klant wil kom je er niet.Hier ligt een grote taak voor de marketing.Ook het vlees zou ik anders behandelen, vanwaar de noodzaak om vlees in de supermarkt nogmaals met water te wassen.De kwaliteit gaat daardoor achteruit. Als er hygiënisch gewerkt wordt in de slagerijen dan is dat niet nodig.Ik ruik een lichte geur van bedorven product. Niet alleen bij Pure Gold maar bij praktisch alle supermarkten in de Filippijnen.Er is nog heel veel te bereiken. Denk aan kwaliteit, denk maar doe er iets aan. Het kost niets.......
