Typically not as crowded as starbucks. I’m not a fan of their drinks but that is just my personal preference ... Drinks are not really customizable, such a let down .. Food options are expensive (again personal preference, I dont see myself spending 200+ for a pancake meal that I can easily make at home) but that’s not really an issue since maykaya naman ang frequent dito...The staff however has so much to improve on. I dont know if it was just my luck ,but I’ve been here twice in the last week and both times my order was wrong ...I only wanted matcha Javakula (since it cant be iced) and they offered the matcha mint and I firmly said no, the cashier confirmed that but when I got my order it looked like the special mint drink. It was my first time and I wasnt sure so I asked the barrista if it was the regular matcha and not special and she actually said yes! I was confused so I didnt argue further but It was mint from the first sip.. Happened twice, they dont seem to be that attentive ..Also the staff does not seem happy at all ... I thought it was just me but I like to watch barristas work whenever im in a coffee shop, when I was here they only looked friendly to customers that they seem to know ... hhhmmmm
The pesto pasta was a letdown! The pasta was dry and the noodles itself were so hard to chew.
Seattles Best is known as the working mans Starbucks because in most countries it is cheaper. It is literally owned by the same company. However, its the same price as Starbucks. In other words, too expensive for what it is supposed to even be.
One of my topmost go-to places for good food, coffee, and a wide selection of dishes from all-day breakfast, salads, desserts.Having the R&B card is also a +++
Tables arent cleaned well, coffee/tea not worth the price, and the cheese cake is like icing cake...
Love the coffee, hot and iced. Personal fave is the java jelly. Breakfast sausages are amazing. The desserts are delish. And the staff are super friendly. It’s a great place to hang out.
Food is good and so is their coffee.
Coffee is life for me and SBC never failed to amaze me. The pastas are worth trying too. Welcome to the City of Smiles, SBC.
Nice place sit and relax with a cup of coffee
Too expensive and coffee doesnt even taste good. Not to mention you have to wait for yourself.
The place and food are okay. As expected, it is usually crowded because of the fact that it is in SM.
WiFi does not work in most of the store
Their chairs are outside
