Cafe Mina owner Miss Ingrid is a jolly and super nice person. Food is improving. The ambience is cool. Smooth Jazz Live Music was kicking off from Nov 2019 till February 2020 until the Pandemic hit hard. Overall, good place to hang around.

Cozy place to hangout in with your girlfriends. Good food, wine, imported beers and open till midnight.

Serves quite expensive food but such a nice place to chill after work. Has nice interior too.

Hostess with the Mostess. Shed be hard to miss as she easily embodies the most noticeable trait of this Cafe. One cant help but be curious with the Hostess offering diners a delectable introduction of their menu. The little details that provide accent to the dining area should keep clients busy and entertained while waiting for orders to come in. The dishes were decent and respectable sufficiently making Cafe Mina a noteworthy hangout. Should it rain make sure to have an umbrella while heading towards the toilet.

A little expensive but good food and cofe so it was worth it, the place was also clean and with great design. Recom to friends

Great coffee and really good desserts. They also serve breakfast among other hearty meals. Dog-friendly too.

Place is quiet and has a really nice atmosphere.Location is far for someone who isnt from Bacolod, or someone who stays at Lacson area so not much taxi drivers can take you there - better to take a Grab if its your first time. Doesnt seem so safe to be at tho as it is beside a gasoline station (??).I ordered a steak and it wasnt great nor was it that bad. It was just bland and the price was okay.The only thing I liked eating during my visit were the fries! They were flavorful!

Tasty food, clean, instagramable place and inexpensive. courteous service crew. youll need to get out of the shop and use the gasoline stations comfort room if you need to go to the john though.

After Kuppa, this is my next favorite go-to cafe. It is a bit out of the way from the tourist strip (i.e. Lacson St) but it offers a wide menu, nice decor, good coffee, excellent service, and nice in-house breads. Caveat: the bathrooms are in the fuel station.

Food was meh and my americano was watered down. Price is steep for the qualty you are getting. Feels like most of what you paid for went into the cafes interior, its one of those instagramable places. For that price point, youll get a lot better food at Kuppa.
