Staff very nice and friendly and helpful. Very good. What I didnt like - whole bathroom including toilet floor gets wet all the way to the floor because there is no separation between toilet and shower.

The hotel is a little hard to find because there was no physical address and its behind the cafe shopAlso there was no elevator, we always needed assistance for our things to be delivered Otherwise overall, it was a pleasant stay

Great amenities especially the Netflix and Youtube since not much hotels actually have smart tvs. The glass bathroom is a nice touch to the interior and the staff are very helpful and polite.Only issue is that one time when we entered the room, the floor still had droplets of mud or so from the previous tenant but it was just a minor inconvenience to the whole experience.

Staff are very accommodating, friendly. The place is new and clean. I like the minimalist style and of course affordable for a family travelling like us...

Stfafs are very friendly. Room is clean and relaxing. Hot water is good. AC is cold. Internet is fast. Their Urit bar at the lobby is a nice place to chill and still you can hear each other when talking. Good location its near everywhere. Over all experience is great!

We checked in and no one said anything about a private party. The owner rented out the parking lot and restaurant-Bar for a private party. Few hours later loud music and people screaming, we ask how long will this go on? They said until 3:00 am I said no this is wrong. We complained but they could care less. We left at 12:30am in search of another hotel. Absolutely the worst experience in my life. I could not recommend them for my dog to sleep there my poor dog would have been terrified. They gave us a refund but out on the street trying to find a place to sleep at that time was difficult.

Customer service was great. The staff was respectful and helpful in every way possible.

Neat hotel, kinda disappointed a little bit coz they dont have elevator which is so hard to take your luggage upstairs.

Love the hotel, staff are very helpful and very friendly every single day. the only downfall is they dont have wardrobes to put ur clothes to hang but they provided us immediatly a clothing rack and let us have a small fridge and a dryer but other than that .YES we are coming back to stay if they will put wardrobes to the rooms.

Overall our expectations were not met NO LOBBY, NO SITTING SOFA FOR THE WAITING GUESTS,ROOMS WAS NOT THE SAME AS PRESENTED ON LINE , NOISY AND WONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONEGUEST

I would expect better cleaness room. The requested a cash deposit at the entrance, without any option to pay by credit card. Breakfast was very simple and were had to pay extra for having a tea instead of coffee

Clean rooms. Nice firm beds. Linen is top rate
