I must say the experience was only average.Pros:- good food and price was not too bad- good ventilation and ambiance- staff are friendlyCons:- they really need to improve their service, we ordered appetizers but our main came in first and I even needed to follow-up- during peak hours I recommend that you avoid this place because I really felt the entire store cracked under pressure- even paying the bill was such a pain, they even mistakenly gave us the change of the table beside us good thing it was me or else who knows what would happen to the change

Come in hungry, come out satisfied. Very delicious and tasty food enough to satisfy your cravings. Try their legendary charcoaled chicken and for sure you will be coming back to order this dish.

The food was delicious! I love the shakes as it is creamy, sweet, and delightful! I live the healthy meals as their portions makes me full and the taste of the food is delicious. Their cucumber lemonade is also a must try with the healthy meal.

A whole new chicken experience.

We had early dinner at their SM Bacolod branch. In between meals, I managed to catch little cockroach on the couch with a tissue paper, literally handed it over to their manager and informed him that it was a cockroach. I saw him approach his team and informed them what I have handed him and I was hoping they would somehow apologize for the lack of proper sanitation & pest control in their restaurant but nobody even cared to go back on our table—not even the manager. Also, their Grilled Honey Belly of some sort which they “highly recommend” according to their menu was beyond disappointing. It was very hard to cut & chew. This is my first time dining in and probably never going back.

If you want to take a break from eating Chicken Inasal in Bacolod, you can try to drop by at Chicken Peri-Peri, they serve Peri Peri Chicken, Ribs, etc.

Nice ambience and great food. I love their java garlic rice with their roasted chicken, with coleslaw as side dish.

Pasta is not cooked well. Too much salt on the potato. Chicken is so so. Customer service is slow.

Tastes OK but not the best chicken. The branches in Thailand are 10x better
