Wonderful place to record and rehearse. The aptmosphere fosters creativity. The coffee shop is a Must See!

Great English Breakfast place. Ive been coming here for years and they have consistently stayed high in terms of ingredients used and how they cook them. I would have given it 5 stars if it was not for the service. The staff are very friendly and nice. The only improvement is for them to be more organised. Ive never had any reason for their other foods and so cannot comment.

Nice studio good to get wrk done

I wish there were more places like this along the everyday trendier Hackney Road- local and somehow historic, not just riding on the new cool wave, but also open and friendly to newcomers. The Premises menu will not win awards for originality, nor its cocktails for finesse, but they always deliver - fresh cooking and loads of atmosphere inside (the adjacent recording studio memorabilia hang from every wall) for takeaway prices. The grilled meats (lamb is my favourite) and breakfasts are great value, music is always good and the owner and staff cheerful. Simple, unpretentious and good.

Decent rehearsal studio on hackney. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and has its own very nice cafe to boot.

The only rehearsal space in London with a working air conditioner. You might even bump into The Staves while youre there

This was one of the standout lunches of my london stint - a definite institution in the venue priorities!! a small, albeit cosy venue, with rock memorabilia adorning the wall like a walk of fame, and recording artists working on their craft out back, one does not expect it to be a foodie find as well! the lunch i devoured there was one of the best ever in london; - and value supreme. the staff were fantastic (and drop-dead gorgeous to boot!) - the owner Ali is a star, and the food is home-cooked on site, and scrumptuous. i opted for the lamb shank with rice and salad and it was a delight; generous portion and cooked to perfection - plus delivered with a smile. the wine was also bliss. i will DEFINITELY return!!(their breakfasts are supposed to be a highlight, but Im a lunch girl myself).....love to all the family at this splendidly run institution. xoxoxoxoxoxoxo
