I always remember my childhood days here, wala pang malls sa Lipa-one of the best place! I miss the arcade, kentucky chicken and tambayan sa taas! Nakakamiss rin yun pa games ng BigBen like every Halloween and Christmas

Just your ordinary commercial building. You can buy food here, there are a lot of cafes in the area. You can also have your documents photocopied. You can grab donuts along the way too. Vist Big Ben and support local.

Its was a great experience .. Its an alternative place where you can find all you looking for.

Pretty good choice of restaurants here. They are of decent quality as well. The parking is absolutely terrible.

How i love the queit and very convenient food pubs and coffee shops at the back, hidden from the busy streets of lipa. Perfect for coffee dates and heavy snacking. Both day and night. Open gigs during friday nights, chill feels and talented artists they have.

I havent had much time here. The building looks old but the stores are updated. Along the ground floor theres j.co, mercury drug store, goldilocks and more. Its a good go-to place when in a rush for pasalubong

There are some improvements, JCO Donuts has a place here. Theyre trying to make it a hangout place by offering few restaurants and some tiangge shops.
