I ordered beef sinigang, was served nilaga, and the smug waiters insisted that i ordered nilaga when i know what i wanted to eat. thinking i wont win this battle, i took off to eat somewhere else, only to be chased by the waiter, who said i have to pay for my order. i spoke to the manager, insisted that i will pay for the food. needless to say, the customer service here sucks, and the insepid little freaks they hired to work for them dont deserve the job they have.DO NOT EAT HERE!

Giligans restaurant at Robinsons place in Lipa city is an excellent place to eat if you like seafood dishes. If you are a veggie fan, you can order Tokwa (fried tofu), a super vegetarian snack along with their popular promo beer (3 pack). For hungry people, there is an unlimited rice option.

The food is of course standard Gilligans but the crew was attentive and timely for a Sunday lunch.

Great value lutong bahay. We ordered a set meal and it surely did not disappoint. It has a homey feel and the staff did a great job.

The place is nice and cozy. You can enjoy your food with a stress-free ambiance. I admire the hoid accomodation of the whole staff especially the manager in duty.
