Im overlooking all the flaws of this hotel and restaurant since they provided four pillows!haha

This is non-cosy place. However, it has all the things you needed for an overnight sleep. This hotel is cheaper when booked with Agoda. Make sure to book it a day before you stay. It is inside the airport so you dont need to rush on the day of your flight. No breakfast available here. But plenty of resto in the vicinity.

Small but efficient. In a few steps youre out . There buffet areas in the airport ...you can eat there and enjoy filipino food.you can also shop for some goodies coz at times if you go to naga you will not find it at all.

If you are looking for affordable accommodation this hotel is the best place for you. It is a within the legaspi domestic airport.cons: very poor service.. rooms small , no soap provided , no slippers, even a courtesy cold drinking water not provided.. facilities and amenities. bed with pillows ,ac, shower, tv.. Nothing else

Stayed for 3 nights and room did not get cleaned at all during our stay, we had to keep going to the reception for clean sheets, towels and to dispose of our garbage, on our last night we had to ask for a broom as the room was full of ants, the lady on reception was not very helpful she just said house keeping will clean the room tomorrow, but by then we would already have checked out of the hotel.. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

ROOM BOOKED: Twin BedsPROS: Best value for location. We booked the hotel because it is within airport premises, as we had an early flight the following day. We went to boarding gate only 15 mins. before flight having checked-in online. Theres a free hot/cold water dispenser near the entrance. The staff were happy to assist us; able to check-in at 6PM. WiFi connection is great. Clean sheets and towels. Comfortable bed.CONS: We werent able to sleep well even though we were tired from travelling. As it is a budget hotel and marketed for travellers, you can expect much quality, but... The pillows were either very hard or very soft. We can hear other guests every time they roam outside the corridor. There was no hot water setting in the shower and no toiletries (we had to go to SM to buy stuff; we did not ask the front desk anymore since it is not 24/7 open). Wasnt able to watch TV as well because the channelsre hazy. The air conditioner is old yet works but there was no switch, you need to plug it straight in while shooing the spider away. I say they need to change their appliances and shower.TIP: Bring food & toiletries if arriving beyond 9PM and having an earlier flight than their breakfast buffet, opening at 7AM. Theres a restaurant at the other end of the airport premises that was open early in the morning as well, and you can buy food near the boarding gate (siomai, coffee, etc.)

Nice location and the staffs are very accommodating but it seems they are not checking the rooms which needs maintenance. Water is strong but the sink faucet is not stable (nozzle turns as you turn it on or off

It is not as comfortable and worth it as it was before. The rooms are not very clean. The free breakfast buffet was also removed and it is a big minus.

Value for money..best food was the malunggay with gata sauce..they usually serve until 2pm only..lots of choices as well..had a lot of choices for the dessert

The hotel is so small, so dirty the washroom has lots of different kinds of insects. Roaches, spiders and lot of centipedes. You gotta be careful when taking showers because centipedes are always sitting inside the bath tub. I flushed and killed a lot of it. Its so gross !!!! I felt like anytime it will fall on my back or head while taking a showers. I even bring my slippers in the shower because im scared that i might step on it. You will see also inside your bedroom at the wall that there are lots of roaches eggs. The toilets are not even clean.I dont understand why the management dont pay attention to the cleanliness of their hotel. For an airport hotel you will expect atleast a good quality service.The location is the only good thing about it.!

This would be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at first the tried to tell me I had not booked A matrimanal room there were not towels no soap no toilet paper when I asked for towels the girl said she would bring them asap and did not bring them at all the room was full of ants.The place advertised as having a buffet all you can eat which no longer opens for an evening meal.I paid for two nights but after the poor service and the state of the room I checked out after only one night.I would not recommend this property to a person even if they only wanted to board their pet dog

This place is so dirty, you can see molds and mushroom growing on the ceiling of the toilet. The rooms are very poorly constructed that its like sleeping on a storage room. Dirty and dark.I regret taking a night to rest on this hotel.
