The hall of our convention is so great! Airconditions are good, very accessible from the hotel and malls, the security guard is friendly and their waiters are accommodating. Lovelots!

Perfect service! Took care of our early breakfast and brought us to airport with their own shuttle bus. Location was not perfect, but very easy to reach every corner by taxi.

Srate-of-the-art facilities. Wonderful and accommodating front office personnel. Real value for your money. Plus...close to the airport and major shopping areas.

Amazing experience. Free pick and and transport to airport... Furthermore they organized everything, our flight was early so they prepared us breakfast to go for free! They even called the agency for picking us up for the mayon vulcano tour.

I had the luck of staying in La Piazza for almost two months when I was posted for some business meetings in Legazpi by my company. That stay gave me lots of fond memories which never goes out of my mind. The best experience was the perfect view of Mayon volcano when I just step out of my room. Everyday morning Mayon looks like a boiling kettle preparing my cup of coffee. When I come back from office I did not forget to say good night to Mayon, such a great companion for the lonely. La Piazza must be the best in Legazpi when you compare the amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom is exceptionally clean and well organized. They all looked very new at the time I was there. Room service gives you fresh sheets and towels daily which keeps you fresh always. The staff is very friendly and professional. You can just step out of the hotel and easily pick a padyak (a tricycle) or a motorized tricycle to go to the town. Legazpi town is about 10 mins ride from hotel. The food at La Piazza are good but mostly the Filipino range. The hotel is only 2.4Km from the airport.

레가스피 외곽에 위치한 깔끔한 호텔입니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 낡지는 않았고 가격도 그다지 비싸지 않았습니다.너무 외진곳에 있다보니 차가 없으면 접근성이 떨어지며 밤이면 가로등이 없어 너무 어두워집니다. 걷거나 트라이 타기에는 많이 무서울듯 합니다.주차장이 호텔건물 정면의 도로가에만 있는게 아니라 객실에 붙은 주차장에 주차를 할수있어 편리했습니다.조식은 뷔페로 제공하지만 음식이 화려하지않고 소박합니다. 음식과 과일이 제공이 되는데 과일은 늦게가면 파리밥이 되어서 먹기에 거북해집니다. 음식들을 손님들이 흘리면 잘 치우지 않아 지저분해 지고 음식물이 소량이 남게되면 리필을 빨리 하지 않아서 한참을 기다려야 합니다.객실에서 룸서비스로 음식을 먹고나서 식기류들 맥주병을 남은 음식과함께 호텔 마당에 놓아둬서 바퀴벌레등 벌레가 모여들어미관상 청결상 거북헀습니다.

Relaxing Rooms for very affordable price , very comfortable and they offered free access wifi. Good place also in Convention Hall to have your occassion more memorable.

Good venue for meetings but with high hotel price rate

Service is great. The location of the hotel is not so near the commercial areas. Transportation is easy since we had our vehicle. The rooms that we booked were nice. Room was clean as well as its bathroom. I here only for work and i think its worth to go back here.

Rooms and facilities needs improvements. Breakfast buffet area needs proper ventilation as the smell of food being cooked stays in the room and might stick on your clothes. Ample parking space at front, Theres also a parking space inside. Staff are welcoming and accommodating though, plus points.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with the hotel. For a economy hotel this is worth your money. The reception personnel were very courteous though we would have been really happy if we were able to get our rooms earlier than the standard check in time of 2pm. The deluxe rooms were spacious.

Spacious, modern and clean rooms and each comes with an ala carte breakfast. Very near the Legazpi airport. There are rooms with safe, convenient, free parking spaces for travelers. If you have foreign visitors, this is the best place to stay in Legazpi City. No traffic, convenient and tourist-friendly. They fetch and send-off guests to and from Legazpi airport for free!

Had the chance to stay in this hotel last week and it was good. Food served during breakfast is ok except that we would normally end up with only a few food by the time we have our breakfast, perhaps because of its ***y guests during the Holy Week. How could a big room not have enough accessible power outlets. VERY comfortable bed.

Very judgmental staff. I would not recommend events held where people are to wear different types of outfits(stiff, unusual,etc all kinds). Youd get stared on as if youre such a pity. Itd make you feel as though making a request should be embarrassing. They might as well laugh at your face because thats what it felt like.

Location is good and quiet as it was not on the main road of the city. Free airport transfers. The room is cozy and elegant but i noticed insufficiency of outlets to accommodate laptop and cellphone charger. NICE HOTEL BUT theres plenty of improvement in food, service and amenities.

Great place. Very accomodating and staffs. You can see Mt. Mayon from here. The only thing i dont like is that my room has no wifi signal.

My cousins wedding reception was in this hotel. they served bite-sized dishes (western style of course!) but unfortunately the taste didnt reached my level of expectation. i tasted every dish that was on my plate but only the chocolate covered desserts passed my taste buds. i also went to my cousins room and the bathroom had a damaged door and faucet. but still, they had pretty and courteous front office employees that were not moving double time. they just have to make their customers wait for a long time.

There are no covered walkways to the room so I was almost always wet going in and out of the room since it was raining that day. The staff needs some more training. Staying in this hotel is a value for money except for the company of small ants in our bed.

Rooms are clean. Good service by the hotel staff. Affiliated travel and tours coordinator is not around most of the time. It is recommended to book ahead or get another travel and tours company to assist you.

We basically booked the room for a place to rest after a tour and for flight purposes, and thats exactly how we used the hotel. Staff could not be sweeter, always greeting us with a smile. The place has convenient access from airport to the heart of the city. Glad that I stayed in this hotel.

Breakfast is very limited though i would prefer more fruits and vegetables. I didnt use the restaurant as there are no vegetarian options at all. E.g. A simple smile and greeting when you see approaching guests. I was so dissappointed lesson learnedalways ask for a receipt and cross this hotel out of my list.

Nice experience! Few hours after we left, Mayon alert level was set to 3. We found ourselves missing our lane out from Legaspi, to Sto Domingo, until we found out we are within the danger zone! Thanks God and the GPS!
