Everything in this hotel is small, bath is small, bed is kind of small and room is also small.. Room is clean, strong internet and cold AC. Bath is for smaller people, you cannot move freely. Price is ok and you are in walking distance from malls, if thats what you want.

Good for business travellers who want to stay for the night .. not much recreational facilities.. renovation going on . No lifts ... Major issue .. they serve breakfast only until 8am .. not much choice of breakfast... But one of the better hotels for business travellers

Not a good experience with the receptionists lack of customer service skills. Could have had some considerations as well since guests opted to stay in the hotel due to the super typhoon and yet we are still forced to check out at the usual time. The room we were in also has leaks from the ceiling and yet transferring rooms were not even considered. Breakfast was delivered to our room at 11am.

This is a new hotel in Legazpi City (3 years old I think). So, their staff seem to need more training and refinement of services. Affordable prices though but and right at the city center. Rooms are new and clean. My only complain is that the bed kept on making noise whenever I move on the bed. Such a disgusting noise. Fix this please.

One of the more budget-friendly hotels in Legazpi City where we stay when were in the area. We started staying at this hotel in 2015 back when their rooms cost P850-ish, and we would stay for 3 to 5 days at a time -- now, that same room costs around P1,400. Anyway, the rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom can be better, but i like that their hot showers are working and we didnt have a problem with water.A few points for improvement though:*rubber slippers intended for guests are sometimes smelly, please clean them because youre not using the disposable type;*the thrash can in the bathroom should use the black thrash bag and not just a sando bag.*their towels sheds lint. Please improve your towel quality. I have lint on my beard and private areas. LOL.Decent Internet connection, very near the malls, and theres a church nearby (next door actually). If youre not too picky, and you think you can walk the stairs (check the accompanying photos -- they dont have an elavator), you can stay at hotel Liatris. We usually do.

My room looks like a fire exit my door wasnt even part of the hallways its very unsafe as the backdoor was opened for the settlers downstairs.

Hotel is Liatris is a brand new hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comes with small fridge and free water. It is walking distance to mall, restaurants, salons, and stores. It is along the way so it is easy to travel around the city from the hotel. WiFi is available in the rooms and lobby. It is also pretty fast. The only downside of this hotel is that the lobby is in 2nd floor and there is no elevator. If you have luggage you need to carry it upstairs. Though staff offers help. But will be nice if there is elevator. Water pressure in the washroom is also very low, it can be annoying when you shower.

No ID needed.no frills, no fancy things. The shower curtain needs washing. wifi connection inside the room is good. aircon not bad.

Fancy, new hotel tucked along the street great for travellers. As solo traveller on a business trip, it is very convenient as it is located in the business district and just walkig distance from some malls. Transportation is easy breezy as jeeps, tricycles just pass by. Rooms are very clean and have enough space to move around. They have free personal care kit and complimentary bottled water. They do offer paid meals but I have not yet ordered from them. Just note that thet do not have elevators, yet. Other improvements are still ongoing.

Clean comfy room but the staff will knock your room at 5:am to get your order for breakfast..staff need training

The room is clean and the staff are accommodating. It is in the center of the city so the malls and store are accessible just by walking, so if you need something it is easy to buy, but it is not recommended for staycation. I think this hotel is only for sleeping overnight only for people who will be touring.

A good experience... Clean rooms with complete basic aminities, polite and courteous hotel crew. Accessible to citys places of interest.

The Hotel is Friendly Affordable and New. Located in City Center with a nice view to Mayon Volcano.

Clean and safe rooms and fast internet

This is our home away from home whenever we are in Legazpi City for work related travel. Their staff are very kind and accomodating.

Clean rooms with WiFi connection. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Very accessible.

The room is very hot and the staffs are very unprofessional.

Operational but is under renovation. Interior looks like a reconstructed childrens hospital for me. The price is expensive considering its appearance.

I live near Hotel Liatris. Ill give it a go.

They do not serve food for guests.
