Its quite pricey but its good. Great hot andcold shower. Clean. Good service. Its just noisy at night with all the bars around the hotel.

Great ambiance and good service

Extremely good value; comfortable, clean room, decent breakfast included and excellent evening meal in Japanese restaurant. Filipino/western restaurant also available. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel would have more stars if it had pool, gym or whatever. Finally, easy walking distance from airport despite which the hotel always offers transport.

I am a bit disappointed the reason why I checked in was because I needed WIFI for business purposes. I was notified upon check in WIFI service was not working. I figured checking in to tgisbhotel would help with my need to connect to WIFI because of its good ratings. It’s unfortunate I was not able to work because of this and it was too late to even find another hotel. It would be beneficial to have some kind of indication or warning that such necessity is not available. Furthermore, the bed was so uncomfortable.

This place has beautiful aesthetics in the inside. the rolls royce car in the center of the hall is very classy and bougie.

Great dining experienced at japanese restaurant

The most disgusting thing was that there were worms coming out of the shower! This is the first time Ive experienced something like this.The aircon was not working properly. The room was hot (28 degrees Centigrade) for most of the evening. Later in the evening it started rattling so we couldnt sleep!Wifi was not available.They said they couldnt transfer us to another room since it was booked and paid online.The only saving grace of this hotel is the attentive staff.I cannot recommend this hotel to anybody. Im definitely not staying here again.

There was no warm or hot water during our entire stay. Be prepared to take a cold shower.

It was a good stay at this hotel, staffs were nice and helpful. I just wish they had a pool so kids will enjoy their stay more .

When your Cebu Pacific flight is delayed (not if but when) this is an excellent place to wait. Good food. 5 minutes walk from the airport. Watch flightaware and relax.

My family of 4 checked into Pepperland after our flight was cancelled, as it was highly recommended by other passengers. The hotel is located about a block away from the airport, making it convenient for early morning flights. Checking in was a breeze, and we were taken to the Family Room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only trouble during our stay was that they had misplaced our early morning breakfast order, which had been taken from us at check-in. We arrived at the hotels restaurant at the confirmed time, and had to look for the server, who mentioned there was no order provided. Thankfully, he sprung into action and went off to make sandwiches, which gave us enough time to head to the airport for the early flight. Overall, a pleasant experience, despite the hassle. Id stay here again if I was in the area.

I loved the place and service was great. The places to eat all at the hotel were amazing esspecially wasabi san! Would atay there again if ever i goto bicol again!

Did a meeting here earlier. The coffee shop is open until super late hours - i believe the cafe is the only coffee shop that is open until post midnight in Legazpi.

The rooms smell of old and damp furniture and very dusty. We had to call housekeeping to clean the tables phone etc. looks like housekeeping is not doing its job. Rooms are old and need to remodel.
