We arrived Legazpi at night and was starving. We went to Ayala mall at the downtown and found this restaurant. The staff were nice but the grilled food were served cold. So I wont recommend ordering grilled food in this restaurant.

Food seems good but was cold when it was served - cold barbecue is tasting weird. Only a few of the offered drinks where available. Staff was friendly although but couldnt compensate the before mentioned issues. The restaurant is clean so far.

They offer meals as low as 99 with unlimited rice. Sweet and Spicy Squid is a must try.

Foods are okay. Services are okay too. I just dont like the designs of the wall, the color of the walls. Its too dark. Maybe a little bright or light color that will refresh the aura of the customers.

Ive been to other Gilligans branches before but this branch has bad service. I was with my wife and son and we were really starving from shopping. And it was about 11:30 towards lunch and we were looking for a place to eat without the long lines. We ordered combo meals to make sure we were served in a jiffy. It didnt take too long and we got our order. The problem was that my wifes chicken was undercooked. Our complimentary soup was never served. I asked for the manager to voice out my complaints but for some reason all the staff told me he wasnt around. There are better restaurants in legazpi. Better settle with the long lines at other restaurants, it will be worth it.

Cheap food. Often by students frequented. Good staff also.

Nice restuaran good food

We looked for a great place to dine and choose Giligans. But unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the food and service that was offered.We arrived before 8pm at restaurant, the waitress asked for our order (around 8pm all orders was given) and told us that the food will be served after 15mins. But the food was served between 8:38-8:50 pm. They didnt even bother to told us that the food will be served late.Another thing, the fish fillet was served cold and the pansit bihon tasted like a fish ball. I was starving at that moment but it went out that I lost my appetite after tasting the fillet.This is my first time here in Legazpi and Giligans but my experience didnt turn out well. I hope the management in this branch took actions on this matter and focused on the taste of the food itself.

Worst customer service ever. One staff, lets call her E, seems high, you cant talk to her straight, she responds but never follows up queries and requests.

Stop serving your costumers with dry, re-heated and microwave foods.

Took a long time to serve your ordered food.

The lady staff is unattentive. We asked for water 3 times. She responded yes but didnt bring us any. We asked for the bill but she was purposely ignoring us.
