Napakabagal ng proseso sa Branch na to, they dont value customer mahina ang mga sales agent, just wondering pano sila kumikita. May customer na ayaw pa asikasuhin agad application.Poor service, kung ganyan kayo ng ganyan walang kukuha ng unit sa branch or lilipat mga customer nyo!

I was looking for a Yamaha service center for changing my engine oil and found this one. I saw some old negative feedbacks about this branch but I still tried to go here anyway because I thought things might improved by now as the negative feedbacks were already old plus this is the nearest Yamaha center from my place. Unfortunately, the negative feedbacks were still true.The staff are not that accommodating. Hindi mo alam kung saan or sino ang dapat i-aaproach para sa service na kailangan mo. Parang pinag papasa-pasahan ka nila. They were also not in synced with how much is the labor fee for a service. Meron pa akong nakasabay na dalawang customer, ni-recommend nung mekaniko na may kailangan nang parts na palitan sa motor nila, tas sabi itanong sa parts department. After mag hintay nung mga customer sa parts department para mag inquire, parehas namang walang parts. Pag dating naman sakin, hindi rin pala available yung oil na para sa NMAX ko. So nag settle na lang ako sa mas mababang oil grade for scooters. Pinag hintay pa kami. Wala man lang sistema.If youre just looking for a service center, just go somewhere else. There is another branch in Pamplona Las Piñas with good reviews. Yamaha is a very good brand. But the quality of service in this branch is mediocre.

Medyo mabagal ang service dito. Ikaw mag aadjust sa kanila kasi may kailangan kang bilhin sa kanila. Pero ewan ko kung uubra un sa ibang customer na gusto medyo snappy sa pag assist..

I wish the staff was a bit more accommodating. parang hirap sila magsi kilos para mag assist.
