This is the KFC Times branch, not the Casmiro branch like others said in the reviews. Theres no drive through here in this Times branch now.Always go here for the fried chicken and the mushroom soup. Tried the new red hot and crispy. Its not so hot as it should be but tastes good more than normal fried chicken. Burgers are not good. Service is sometimes really bad especially in the evenings. Mostly the staff will be busy preparing food for deliveries and we have to wait more time. Some staff will be just sitting at the table and talking.

Of all the KFC Ive been to, This place had the greatest customer service. Whenever I came here the crew were very friendly but some of the aircon was leaking so some of the seats got wet I went to this place when they just opened and it was already leaking then. The cr was clean I hope they keep it that way.

The counter girl has no intention to give receipt. I have to ask for it. She gave me the size of mash potatoes and corn the same as bucket meal size when I ordered them ala carte. Isnt they shpuld be bigger? Dissapointed in their service.

The place is accessible. I like how the place looks so cozy and big. The service is also fast. I hope the staff will be more accommodating.

My senior citizen mother inlaw left her bag unattended on our first choice of table and when we transferred to another one she totally forgot her bag which we noticed when we are about to leave the place. Thanks to the crew that attend to it and the warm and helpful manager who returned it when we inquired at the counter to have at least a view of the CCTV.

You just get that feeling of comfort and relaxation when hanging out at here.

This branch is always clean and have courteous and well mannered and well trained staffs. They have a lot of parking space and they have drive thru. The space is well ventilated and have a very cold air con. Its good for group gatherings and they have rooms for birthday parties and other occasions.The thing I love most of course it the fingerlinkin good chicken of KFC

Plenty of parking space available on-site. The branch is located near a busy intersection, youve been warned. This branch also has a drive-through counter. Plenty of walking space in-store translates to few tables, but it shouldnt be a problem as this branch is usually not packed.

Went there on a Sunday 6:00pm. There was not enough staff at the counter (just 1) the manager tried to pitch in but nit enough to make the waiting any shorter. Left there 6:30pm still a lot of people had to wait in line.

Dine-in customers wouldnt have much concern because theres ample seating, ample parking (for those with vehicles), and acceptable speed in delivering orders. Its just a hassle for drive thru customers to park by the exit lane and wait for 5 to 10 minutes for an order. They really need to work on this aspect.

Finally a KFC with lots parking and I dont have to struggle with my pickup truck at the drive through. Branch is new and modern looking, hopefully they maintain the cleanliness.

Its hard to recommend this place. The counter guy was not smiling,doesnt greet or even making eye contact towards your costumers(its my 2nd time to deal with him both in the evening time)but I dont blame him. As I observe it, His actually having a hard time(taking and punching orders, preparing the order and making dispatch)It may look easy but its taking a lot of time for him(specially when he start to get big orders). Which makes the costumers waiting in line for like 10-15min(I actually waited for 20mins). KFC is a fastfood chain(just to be reminded) not a casual dining restaurant. am a regular KFC guest overseas(both UAE & KSA) and I swear the service there was way more better and faster. I understand there is a Short of man power but there are 2 managers on duty that time. They should manage more and support their team all thru out there shift. The store was not that busy (or isnt it some costomers doesnt want to visit this place anymore). Am giving it a 1star because theres a lot to improve on this outlet.

Brand NEW KFC on Alabang-Zapote road...It has ample of space for dining as well as for parking. The menu is same as the other KFC in the town.Give it a try.

Went for a drive-thru and got a very quick response plus service with a heart. kudos to the girl attending at the drive-thru window.

Been a KFC fan for quite a while. But not this branch. Staff try to assume a lot on your orders. Gravy always is not refilled. And they give you containers that are a pain to open.
