Lots of Food in this place

A non crowded yet modern mall with complete amenities. There is a Zumba class and a newly built gym, groceries and dept stores. I personally like the Adidas store with excellent choices. A movie and cinema. It is not crowded like SM, and we actually prefer it. Food choices are nice and parking is massive and free.

Near for my house..easy to come and to buy anything you need.

Very clean, not noisy and crowded like other malls. Comfort rooms are clean also. Spacious parking lot! Happy that its just a walking distance to our place :)

Another mall option for southern folks. Theyve got bookstores, handyman, grocery, restos, and department store, and mercury drug!gotta love the ambience here. Not too crowded. Best place to go to if you want to avoid the mad crowd in the other mall.

This is not yet as popular as SM Southmall so finding a parking space is easier. The cinema has comfortable seats and superb screen and sounds. Overall, the place is good although the food court is so-so since the choices are limited.

Free parking for motorcycles and it has Govt offices like LTO, PRC, SSS etc.

From the outside, you can see that it has a lot of parking space, it wont be a hassle parking your car. It has a Verandah, where you could stay for some fresh air. Cozy place

The newest mall in the area! Love the Alfresco area for the open air though the smell of the nearby river stinks. I hope they could somewhat counteract the smell of the river by providing more trees to somewhat block the river stench.

Nice auto accessory store, but you wont find all other brands here. They are mostly Blade branded. Sufficient enough for common needs.

Convenient but some items are a bit pricey. Their meguairs product line isnt complete though.

The mall is situated in a good location, far from intersection and major destinations. Has ample parking.

The mall has clean restrooms complete with soap, tissue paper, etc. Highly recommended movie theaters! Love this mall!

Small showroom but has most of what youd need for your car. Never crowded so you can move around with ease.

Got a wide range of stores! It has a supermarket, department store, hardware store, 4 cinemas, a food court, numerous restaurants and retail shops.Parking is free! Wi-Fi tends to be super slow whenever I can connect. It just needs more seats in the open spaces as I had to walk from one end to the other just to find a seat.
