Ang tagal ng serving nila. Ang soup nila, nakalagay sa take out plastic cup lang. Madalas out of stock thin crust pizza.

Nag enjoy kami ang ganda nila mag servealinis at maayos at nagtutulungan.. sila para ma serve sa costumer

You Shajeys.... it took time to serve just water and draft beer. and took one mug of draft beer for them to serve mojo and fried chicken and mojo was COLD CHICKEN WAS UNCOOKED. the worst is salad didnt came first. tgis restaurant service is rerrible. I recommend to all go yellowcab or other to buy pizza.

Among the Shakeys resto that I went to this is one of the best so far. Its spacious and very clean during our visit for lunch. It may change when the resto will be busy but so far so good.It has a bar which most doesnt have which you can enjoy beer, pizza + your fave chicken and mojos during game night. It also has a function area if you want to celebrate an occasion here. Game room is not that big - it has 3 basketball arcade, claw machine and a video console rental but hey its not like youll spend time playing.I really like a place where they ensure that their CR/toilet is well designed and clean and this one has it. Thumbs up for me!

Thumbs up to the management. They are very strict with their covid protocols. Social distancing is maintained for dining customers. Friendly staffs also.

I availed the offer 999 and got the super card, however when i attempted to use it today with the shakeys app the card was inactive/expired?Disapointed as i had to switch to another pizza brand .

Very quick, very professional. Broken cables were replaced and the door works as good as new. edgardo gave the whole door a lookover, and fixed some things I didnt even know needed looking after.

I ordered thru food panda, the pizza that was delivered is stone cold. no wonder they have a promo with food panda cause they are giving them unsold pizza from the other day.

Food was great. Staffs are efficient sometimes.price is good. But over-all experienced was fine.

The restaurant was a rollercoaster ride

This branch of Shakeys in Bf Almanza is a good option for big groups or family gathering. The party place can accomodate around 75 to 100 pax (of I am not mistaken). The food of course. When it comes to chicken and mojos, nothing beats Shakeys. I love their all american salad with raspberry vinagrette, as well as the mozarella sticks. Pizza is an all time fave for our family. I commend the attentive and pleasant staff of this branch. The price is okay as well. So next time you think about celebrating birthdays and other family gatherings, you moght want to conaider this place.

30 minutes for a simple order to arrive and 30 minutes to receive the bill upon checkout.. what a waste of time..

Chicken n mojos still taste good. Greek salad dressing is too sour. Service is very slow, not all that youve ordered were served.

Sorry but I never ever give a one star rating for a restaurant but I have to this time. Service is poor sending wrong orders. It was just food for two and it took us more than 1.5 hrs to take out the food that we supposed to eat in. Shakes were not looking good as very watery. This may sound shallow but there were no rice available considering that it was part of the menu. Unfortunately, I wont be going back to that branch, it was just too bad that the mall closes at 9 where we usually have our Shakeys meal and shakes.

Nice place for pizza, pasta and a cold beer from the tap! Game section for kids and private room for functions too! Good atmosphere and ample parking but not if all your guests drive.

The food is same like other branches which is never failed me, the service is excellent.

Food isnt bad, but service is weird. I once ordered a pizza to go and was given the pizza before the bill. Wasnt sure if I had a free pizza or not

Nice place for kiddie parties. One of the newest Shakeys that take advantage of revised interior, with game area for kids and adults. Popular for dine-in and delivery in the area.

Nice place. Service is a bit slow considering it is a Sunday. Also it has a bar where you can knock down a few beers.

Place is clean. Staff are courteous and friendly.Waiting time for some orders is a bit longer than usual maybe due to volume of customers at that time.

As always, as satisfactory visit to another shakeys store. good food great service. im giving it 5 stars.

Lacks Customer Service. Needed to ask for everything. So much for Service Charge that is automatically charged. Sad.

I have always loved Shakeys. I loved their pizza and mojos. Except for that time when they gave me a large pizza with an extra large cockroach inside the box in this branch. It was the grossest thing ever and now I cant look at their pizza the same way I used to.

Ample parking, pleasant ambiance, attentive staff on a late saturday night. Overall, a good first visit experience.

Service was good and fast.The pizza we ordered is a new flavor and I love the bland taste,not much of toppings.The crust was crispy to the bite.The surroundings are clean and the parking space is good also.

Its your typical Shakeys restaurant. They have pizza, pasta & chicken.Parking is limited & kinda hassle when leaving the place, Zapote road sometimes has heavy traffic. The place serves beer & has video games for kids to play.

Great food as always. They have entertainment section for kids and kids at heart.

Still a great dining experience. Just need some improvements in their comfort rooms.

Waited 20 mins for the crew to hand over the menu and another 40 mins for my order to arrive. Talk to store manager and gave me unreasonable excuses. Planning to lodge a complaint.
