Madalas kami kumakain dito pero ngayong taon lang nag iba yung pag tingin ko dito sa restaurant na to.Yung ibang food nila sobrang alat, yung juice nila sobrang tamis as in sobra. Hindi nila kinantahan mom ko at iba pang customer na may birthday on that day parang wala lang hindi na kagaya ng dati. Yung birthday slice cake na walang sa ayos (mas maganda pa yung cake na naka serve for everyone), yung nagbigay pa sa mama ko parang labag pa sa kalooban niya.. Some ng waitress nila lakas maka roll ng eyes (tinatamad na ba kayo? 1pm palang yon) Kinakausap namin kayo ng maayos kung pwede ba makahingi ng tissue kasi wala kami makitang tissue box kagaya ng dati.. Mas mababait pa ung supervisor at asst. Supervisor ninyo na ang sipag mag asikaso sa mga customers at mag refill ng foods. Na-dismaya talaga mama ko sa naging asal nila..

Ate there dec 13,2019, i was really disappointed sa southmall branch, ang layo from megamall branch, 3 lang ung round cakes na nasinerve, japanase cake, smores at mocha cake. Sa megamall merong mga lemon cheesecake and ube cake. Sobrang tagal nila magrefill ng cake, halos ayaw n magrefill, even sashimi ang tagal ng refill, mapapagod ka n lng kakaantay, wala rin sila ng signature n avocado ice cream nila. I was charged 938 khit friday lunch time kasi daw me birthday celebrant. Yung free na cake kung hindi mo hihingin hindi hila bibigay, i had to ask them 3x before they gave the cake ( which doesnt taste goood at all). The guy in the shake station doesnt follow instructions too, khit sabihin mo no sugar lalagyan nya parin. Also yung ramen nila, i asked for one binigyan agad ako ng pork didnt even ask me if i want beef. Overall, i wont go back to this branch.

Maganda and masarap mga pagkain nyo. Customer service is perfect. But please, magpa-pest control kayo. Nung dumaan ako malapit sa ice cream bar, nangangamoy insect. It means merong mga insects doon. And yung ice cream bar, ayusin nyo na dahil may mga cracks na. But most important, magpa-pest control kayo.

Ate here as a birthday treat. Arrived around past 11 and was seated within an hour, so mabilis na rin. Walang lunch or Dinner cut off kaya tuloy tuloy lang ang tao(akala ko meron haha). Selection of food is okay. Attentive yung mga servers, mabilis mag linis. Will definitely come back.

Masarap yung foods. Mouth-watering & satisfying naman sya. Very accommodating yung mga staffs

Great option for grilled meats and Asian food. I particularly recommend the roast beef, sashimi esp tuna, sundubu jiggae (soft tofu soup). Seafood is not displayed in the grilling meat spread so make sure to ask for it from a server.Went here twice on a weekday and both times we didnt have to make reservations. Its less crowded than other Sambo Kojin branches.

My most favorite buffet resto. Long qeueu if walk in. Need to do advance booking to reserve seats. Food choices are wide and mouth watering. The dessert station will need major improvement on their offerings as well as the taste. But overall, great experience. Worth the money.

Good place and good food...

Id say that Sambo Kojin is or should be the baseline of what passes for a good buffet experience at this price point. The quality of the yakiniku is definitely a cut a above the fad eat all you can places everywhere (and this is not to put down such places), but yes there is value to be experienced in the grilled meat and seafood choices (the fact that you have seafood choices elevates it above most new Filipino style or inexpensive Kbbq restaurants).Having said so, the spread is not too impressive and the quality of the cooking is just about enough not to be bad: go to a sushi bar for sushi, go to a proper Kbbq or yakiniku place, go to a ramen restaurant, etc. if you want proper food.The drinks come in too small glasses, and is such a pain to get refills for. You can order at your table, which makes up for many sins but make sure what you ask for is quantity and uncomplicated, for best results.The area is clean and the grills work (no issues at our table).Verdict: you wont go wrong dining here, but you can do better if you know how.

Went here to celebrate my birthday with one of my closest friends.I really recommend to go there during weekdays so you can enjoy the food more, without worrying much with the queue.Reasonable price and decent selection of meats.

Called to make a reservation for lunch 4 days before. This was for my dads bday. Called again the night before to confirm, they said it was all good and even said we can come in at 10am. When i got there, my name wasnt on the list. I called the number and they said they put my rez for dinner. The girl on the phone even said wala na po magagawa sa dinner po na lagay e. no empathy at all. Talked to the manager to see if there was anything he could do he said he will be right back. He went in and never came back out. I get better service at sinangag express.
