Food was ok. Restaurant ambience is so-so but not bad. Prices are not that expensive as well. Service was good

We decided to have a late lunch along with my 14 family members. We waited for someone to assist us but it seems every crew is very busy but crowd is really not that big compared to other restaurants.So the primary issues...1. We waited for 20 mins before one of the crew assisted us to our table.. after I approach them in the counter and told them of the situation.2. No body is willing to take our orders. So we waited again.3. It took them 30+ mins to served the food. But we do not have plates or even utensils.4. They served the Plates and utensils but with a missing fork. And wiping a wet plate right infront of us before placing it on our table.5. We have missing orders and we need to inform them and follow up the orders.6. The only time the manager I guess assisted us is when we are setting some dogie food and after I paid 4029. In cash.7. Bottomless Iced tea are served pretty late and none even bothered to refill it unless I asked them again and has to wait.Note..This is supposed to be a very special Mothers day lunch for me and my family but the not so accomodating crew and poor service kind of spoiled the day for me. We used to dine here on special occasions and they are superb on their service. Though I am just wondering why they are not so enthusiastic to accomodate us today. Kind of sad and disappointed about that.Though thankful to Sag. I hope i got his name right for trying his best to attend to our request.

Overall food is Okay. We ordered their group meal of 995+ (Good for 3-4 pax) which includes Chicken Tinola, Grilled Pusit, Grilled Fish, Grilled Pork, Turon, Ice Tea and Rice. Grilled Fish, pork and Pusit were good however they could have done better. Chicken Tinola taste artificial as if you took a packet of flavorings from Lucky Me Chicken. Turon is bland.Service wise I am good. It only took like 5-10mins for the food to arrive. The staff most of them looks tired and I understand its already 8PM.Ambiance is good. Nice decor and the place is mostly neat except where the wood tables are located ours were a little bit sticky. I noticed that my plate has a bits egg shells. I am not too picky when it comes to place to eat but this is something that they need to consider.Not sure if I would recommend this to my friends since their are better places that I can refer them to.

Staff needs training, food is good but service very slow and inefficient hence the 2-star.
