It has a number of perks found in big SM malls, which is good. However, it is not immune to the shortcoming of the SM group policy that cause the existence of ever-changing non-permanent staff with very modest customer service competence. Despite this, it is still the ultimate neighborhood mall because it is accessible and accommodating to the residents of nearby villages and communities. Getting there, even if you live just a few kilometers away, can be a nightmare unless you dont mind the ever present Alabang-Zapote Rd traffic jam.

Lived near here for years. but if i have a choice id rather go shopping somewhere else. on weekdays is fine but weekends, you have to be there before lunch or earlier to get a good parking location. but no worries to those who commutes. when it comes to restaurant, a lot!!!

The ambiance was fine and okay at all. But sometimes, people working in different shops and stalls arent really friendly and sometimes a little rude depending on how you look. They are very indifferent with people who are not wearing some cool shades, bags, branded apparel and more. Also, they should add new stores and that would be easy because they have vacant spaces due to the renovation last time.

The mall is perfectly located. The cinema and food court is fairly nice. The mall also has a bowling center and arcades. They also have tons of stores, so what you need is more likely to be available.

One of my favorite phone. I love photos so this is one of the best if you want to capture good photos.

I live near the area and its really accessible to everything. It has all my basic needs with the shops I love. Food choices have been consistently growing and I love how they made the place modern and chic expecially at the food strip section of the mall. Another thing is that they already had IMAX because before I have to go to SM Mall of Asia for it. They really out did themselves and right now they will be having condo units just at the back of the mall. Making it more easier for condo owners to shop and dine easily.

Big mall. Different stores. Tons of food choices. Great for getting out of the sun. Some associates are rude and not into their work.Able to shop with no problems.

Sm South mall got a big improvement. More high end stores are opening and has a complete electronics area. Everything you need is here. IMAX is mind blowing and gives the best experience.

Transportation easiest. Accessible and convenient with huge free parking areas.Pay parking in the basement too.

I rated it 5 stars because im currently using vivo right now and i can say that it has a good quality.

Very big mall. Many parking spaces, there are free but not covered and the paid ones are covered. Very good place to hang out and enjoy since the place is big. You can do a lot of stuffs here.

The store has everything you need. A medical clinic, arcades, boutiques and variety of food shops. Very relaxing place to watch movies and hangout with friends

A very nice SM mall. Not the biggest, but surely one of the most coziest. All restaurant have access to the outside terrasse with a nice sun cover disign.

Has everything you need. All the smartphones that have been listed online or something should most probably be available in this store. Otherwise you could look in other stores that endorse vivo as well.

Within reach. Know the shops location by heart. I feel safe, its like second home! I remember one time ive lost my celphone and gold bracelet (in two separate occasions) in the supermarket, and i was able to recover them, both intact and in good condition at their Customer Service. The securities and staff are really helpful and dependable so i am at home when in Southmall. Also, theres a lot of shops and restos to choose from. Not that crowded except during SALE, holidays and weekends. Good cinemas. Big parking areas for shoppers. Only setback, heavy traffic going to and from the mall esp. on Saturdays.

Some people will look at the result and see that SM Southmall is located at SM Light Mall in Mandaluyong, dont you see that its incorrect and need to be changed. Please change it as soon as possible. People WILL be misinformed.

The mall has been renovated recently and it even has an imax theater now. Its been turned into a more appealing place than before.

This is one of the larger SM Malls in Manila. Its very accessible by bus from Lawton and has all the standard amenities of SM Supermalls. Four (4) floors of shopping space plus the cinema floor (it is one of the few SM Malls with an IMAX theater) make it very spacious. The food court on the second floor is quite small compared to other SM Malls, and finding dining tables can be a hassle even at 2 in the afternoon. On the plus side, it has the usual SM Cyberzone, so wont miss the SM goodness here.

This original mega-shopping complex of the south has been renovated since its first opening and is now more spacious and enjoyable to roam in and shop.

Went to watch a movie with a friend here once. Good place to hang out with your family and friends.

The mall is well organized and to top it off the idea of building condominiums near the mall is awesome.

The biggest thing there is the supermarket, the rest have some shops, probably good to finish some fast shipping
