I had my hair colored. I asked them if they can do what I wanted they said they can. I wanted the ash blonde hair. I showed them the photo. After almost 7 hours it was done and it looked like just a blonde hair. The next day i went back and told them(politely) that that’s not what i wanted. They colored my hair again the next day and I asked jay (the hairstylist) if he can show me what would be the outcome and he said he is just picturing it on his mind. The result became gray. I did not complain again just because my hair was already colored a lot of times but i would never EVER go back again.
