This is an open type style mall. There is no centralized aircon on the common areas and passageways. The shops fronting the main road has no access inside the interior shopping area of the mall. The main access to the interior shops is thru the entrance facing the side street. There is a parking area at the back side of the compound. This is also where the ATMs are located. The mall has a supermarket, restaurants, drugstores, and other usual shops. The location of this mall is an advantage to people going to and coming from the airport.

Good ambiance perfect for instagram post. The meal they serve here is also one of a kind!. Better try it yourself.

Not so crowded and parking is big. .

If you are just to buy books, medicines, groceries, or hardwares or dine out from home, ICM is the place to be in Opon. Although there are a couple of botiques for clothing, I find only fewer clothing lines to choose from. This mall is clean and the surroundings are well lit and ventilated. The parking area is a little dusty and dark and there is a parking fee if you cannot show a receipt from any store of diners thereat.

It has everything I mean if your hungry there are restourant waiting for you to get in, there are also desserts, salon, national bookstore, fashions and etc.

Good place to take a quick bite, a quick window and actual shopping, a quick fix. Feom coffee to burgers to pharmacies to groceries to Dimsum to.... Parking area though is small.

It is good massage, especially food spa is really good on top nail. If you will go on sebu, you have to visit this area! And you have to get massage. Very cheap!!

There are a lot of boutiques here as well as food restos. Very convenient and accessible to airport and to MEPZ

This mall looks quite outdated. I prefer Island Central than this one.

The only things they lack here is a hardware and an electronics store. Much of the things you need are available.from fastfood to fine dining
