Poor services, always kulang ang order, bucket of 8pcs naibigay bucket of 6pcs, rhen two pcs burger steak binigay 1pc.. paulit ulit lang lage incdent.

Ang bagal ng service, kumaen kami ng bandang 11pm ang dami ng staff pro bagal mg service, ung sasakyan n nag order sa drive thru ng park n at hinintay sa loob ung order sa sobra bagal. Biggest thumbs down ang mag serve ng malamig n food.

I think jolibee here better.more than metro manila. However palabok is not masarap

We came to this place at 10:50pm for drive thru. But we were informed that they are not 24hrs today (monday) thats why they dont have chicken joy bucket! Misleading. We went back to tanza branch.

I have been ordering my breakfast here in Drive Thru.. They never serve with smile, there is no one in the DT cashier ALWAYS, their breakfast meals are always unavailable.. Most of the time they will offer you to have Beef Tapa coz thats the only meal available.. On the next counter, you will only be advised to move your car forward ang wait for 5mins for them to prepare your order, next thing youll know is you have waited 10mins or more before they can serve the food you waited for..I am highly dis-appointed..The only good feedback I can say is.. Last Dec 30 they gave me a coupon after I ordered 1pc Tapa.. They gave me 5, 000 sheets.. You red it right, five thousand sheets of coupon, and you can only use it until Dec 31, 2019 what a lovely gift.. This new year, Ill start loving McDo.. Hindi na saya ang bida sakin kapag nakikita ko ang Jollibee.. Nabu bwisit na ako.. This is how they take care of their customers..

Counters here are not pro-active in listening to customers order. And they serve substandard CORE products.

Drive thru service is a bit slow. Waited almost 15 minutes before they gave my order.

Palabok for 30 minutes? Chickenjoy for 30 minutes as well. JOLLIBEE crew in this branch (lancaster city) are lousy compared to other branches. They always got our orders incorrectly. Avoid this place if you are hungry and in a hurry.

Great location. Service is slow, sign says 24hours but its not.

Best jollibee store for interior design and lighting here in cavite.
