Covid 19 Review:Place is cozy but could get warm as the AC is no longer used. Menu gives you a wide variety. For vegetarians, you definitely have some choices here. Serving time is fast. Prices are reasonable. Booking a reservation in advance is recommended. Personnel are polite.

The place is nice and the ambiance is good. If you want to dine in a more peaceful place, Bistro Carcosa is the place.I really love their pizza. I have yet to try the other meals they offer. Pricing could be a little higher.They serve snacks and rice meals. They also have outdoor seating if you like.

Good food and service. Friendly staff. Cozy place. They usually have promos for their drinks.

A very dramatic moment at Bistro Carcosa last week: if you take the Margherita pizza (which in the menu description says Basil & Tomato), you would imagine a pizza with whole basil leaves, like a normal Margherita. Now, this is the amount of basil you get on a Margherita at Carcosa (see photo): they took half of a minuscule leaf and cut it in even more minuscule pieces. Then, when we asked if we could have more basil, instead of bringing at least a few leaves, they brought us the other half of the leaf in a saucer, and cut in even smaller particles. Might I suggest you plant your own herbs if that can help reduce your expenses on basil leaves..? Its very chic these days ;) The cheese also didnt taste like good quality mozzarella (but more like a blob of bovine gunk). If this is how stingy they are, why be generous and give them money ? Too bad, this place had great potential but they have to wake up immediately (they probably wont).

Setup is nice, but isnt well lighted enough, food is a little bland I had to request salt and pepper shakers. The staff is nice and attentive

We eat there very often. Excellent food and service always. I am very picky, but I really like this Place. UPDATE: Extremely unhappy with being turned away because of an unannounced party. Just more low IQ Filipino service mistakes. Food is also getting worse! BEWARE... BEWARE!!
