So far according to my knowledge, this is the only Authentic German Restaurant that you can find in Iloilo. The place is alongside the road facing the St. Vincent Ferrer Seminary. We ordered the sausage platter, a plate of all meat pizza and a huge glass of beer which really gives you the german experience. I can associate the place as a sort of like a speakeasy, but of course they sell alcohol legally. The place is dark inside and it gives you the feeling of exclusivity as you share the moment alone or with friends. Not gonna give a full 5-star though, coz we really waited a long time before our orders were provided to us. But definitely recommends this place.

Its nice place original for the food I need to try other plate to give my final approval?? Big problem no parking in a very small street...

Ive been here many times, I grew up right behind the restaurant. Its always been a good restaurant. So I decided to take my boyfriend the day after Valentines and our waitress Lea gave us only the Valentines menu which didnt have a lot of stuff even beers and for a Saturday night, theyre out of alot of things in the menu. We tried to order for different things and she said it was out. I ended up ordering the Zuricher Meat which was supposed to come with pasta but ended up with mashed potatoes and they had no explanation for that. Lea never came back to our table, the other waiter took over. Food tasted great but the service is disappointing

Its a cozy place great to be with your friends and family; or if you just want to be alone. The atmosphere is quite serene, with the background music just turned low enough that you dont have to shout to hold a conversation. The beer is great, especially if you prefer something deceptively sweet that wont kick your feet from under you.Basically a place for great , comfortable conversations.The waitstaff could use some training on customer relations though. They seem to have better things to do than take your order or serve you.

This is one of Iloilos well known institutions and I guess the oldest continuing German Beer bar in the city. They have been serving sausages, draft beer since the 1990s.The place is good for those who would like to booze in a more chill state like titos and titas of Manila or Iloilo.Diesel beer is served in 1 liter containers. Take note, they may not be strong and it is also sweet but taking down one liter mug can make you tipsy!Better with Sausage platter that costs P399. Good for sharing.

Price is a little higher than before but understandable with the kinds of foods bring served. If budget is available, I would recommend the sausage platters. The draft beer is also very good.

Its always a gastronomic experience dining at Bavaria. Favorites are the Bread Basket, Sausage Platter and their Everything or Almost Everything On It Plate (Pardon for this, I just invented the name ). The place resembles a European pub and you could see a collection of memorabilia displayed all throughout the restaurant.

Beste biffen og pølsene i hele philippines. Utrolig bra mat. Men litt mørkt så vanskelig å lese menyen. Og restauranten ikke den reneste, men maten var veldig god.

Great German restaurant in Jaro, ecross Jaro Catolick Churtch. Follow sign. Realey worth paying a visit fpr its food. Friendley staff. Parking outside in the street, meight become a problem.

DON’T GO THERE. I come from Bavaria, Germany and I definitely can tell that this is NOT a typical Bavarian restaurant.They mixed cheap cheese in the mashed potato (not traditional) and cheap oil/margarine in the pasta which you can taste.The goulash taste like it was canned food and overall the dishes were oily. They use cheap oil for their cooking and frying.I ended up having a bad stomach and I will never ever come back to this place again.Das Essen schmeckt überhaupt nicht traditionell. Es wurden sehr billige Zutaten verwendet, was man rausschmecken kann.Bekam Bauchschmerzen danach.Bin sehr sehr enttäuscht, was dieses Restaurant vortäuscht zu repräsentieren.Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

The food is great. The place might need a little more lighting at certain times of the day but overall a good and refreshing experience for anyone looking for genuine German-themed cuisine.

Great German food & German beer although food serving portions have markedly dropped in amount but maintaining the same price, if not increased.

The food was okay, nothing worth coming back for. The restaurant felt dirty. I know they were trying to give us the pub or german ambiance but no. It was dark inside and the seats felt really dusty. My sister and my 8 month old son started sneezing when we got there. The service was slow. We called the attention of the waitress to remind her that we still dont have our bread basket. Fast forward 10 or 15 mins later and we still didnt have it. When we reminded her about it again she said ay oo nga pala. My baby broke a glass and they didnt charge us for it so thank you but not coming back. I spent my birthday there i i regret that decision. We went to felicias afterso we can breathe, eat cake and have well lit photos.

Been wanting to try this. I like the ambiance, feels like in an old German Pub, its like what you see in the movies, old time european joint, Beer is strong, stronger than our pilsen, good food. One suggestion, its good that they have waitresses in traditional german outfit, but its better if there is cleavage, just like what they have there in europe.!

German BEER..who doesnt want some?Food is great, a great selection of european food and beer. Youve got a lot to choose from and they are legit beers. Can get crowed at times and can be noisy but food and drink is worth it

Food is at par. Pasta is not aldente not a fan of the sausage plattermy friends and i had a hard time butchering those ribs. But the beer is great.
