It is very easy to work with the maintenance staff. They provide regular updates and work completion estimates. They are good people to work with to get a job completed.

I had great experience buying my GLS450 from this dealership however their repair service center is not that great. I have owned Mercedes for the past 15 years and have been to different repair/service centers and this location would be at the bottomOf my list. If you, Mercedes Benz, are interested to know why, please reach out. I have no desire to write negative comments only to be heard and dismissed.

Update 7-9-2021another horrible experience - please refer to my previous review. Today -we were locked out of the car despite 2 keys inside the car- literally on the driver seat!! we brought this issue up multiple times to MB without any clear answer! we ended up calling road side assistance and we wasted 3 hours! what a nightmare experience with MB and this dealer service department!
