(Update) 7/17/21 I am in the works with the general manager, they are offering to help with my problem.This may or may not be the dealerships fault but they obviously didn’t look into the wear and tear of my 2015 Infiniti Q50. I begged for a car that would last and didn’t have to be put through expensive shop repairs so my sells men found this car on his own. Out of the three cars I provided him he said this one would be the best pick instead. I believed his word because he seemed like a decent man with knowledge of his inquiry of cars he is allowed to sell. Plus the outsides looked beautiful despite the paint work that had to be done other then that I was sold. I finally got to my 30 day mark and my car throws an engine code p0720, my TCM a whole $1500 part alone is now in my debt log. I called the sells manager and they told me there’s nothing they can do. If an automatic car breaks itself i don’t know what to buy. !BEWARE! I haven’t even gotten my plates on yet. This car may look beautiful but won’t even shift past 2nd gear the idle rpms are at 1700 and all I did was come to a stop at a red light and it would not shift after that then finally the car dinged and a engine light came on. I’ve only driven this car 4400 miles now it’s stationary atleast it’s pretty to look at if your in to buying those sort of things.

Boris our sales rep made the process of purchasing the vehicle we selected VERY easy and hassle free. He was very accommodating in working out the details with my husband (who was out of town for wok) via text messages. The finance department not only matched our credit union rates but were able to get us a slightly lower rate. Again the entire process was EASY.Thank you Boris and Advantage BMW for making this car buying experience quite easy!

Recently purchased a new X5 from Midtown, it has now had 3 electrical/system issues. Last incident was on Saturday after picking up my plates from dealer. This time however my entire screen in front of the steering wheel went blank. Talked to Garrett Burslon sales manager and he had me contact service manager Erik Sanchez, left email and messages for Erik, he never responded. Then reached out to BMS USA, took them multiple calls and emails to respond. Now here it is Thursday 7/15 and finally BMW assist is coming to pick up car to tow to dealer

Kamail is a an awesome advisor. He is very courteous and helpful. My car was ready when promised. I like the digital text messages to get me updated on what services are being performed on my car. I’m very pleased with the service I get from Advantage Midtown BMW and I will continue to bring my car in for service.

I took my vehicle to be serviced/repaired (after taking it to another warranty approved place) and they kept me informed every step of the way. Cory Smith went above and beyond when my extended warranty didn’t want to cover some repairs. I won’t take this car any where else from now on.

Leaving 5 stars solely due to how great Eduardo Bendeck is as a service advisor. By far the best advisor Ive dealt with not only here, but other dealerships in the past. While Ive had some advisors at this dealership that I wasnt exactly thrilled with, I will be back simply because of him. Professional, polite, thorough, and maintained excellent communication throughout the process even when his original time frame on how long it would take my car to be service changed. When my car ended up being ready on a day that he wasnt supposed to work, he came in to make sure he was there when I came to pick it up (even when I said there was no need).

Great, friendly service! Got my car done in a timely manner, and clean as well. My advisor did not question me when I decided against certain services. They ordered me an Uber to and from the drop off as well.

My salesman Luis made the process of driving the ultimate driving machine very simple. There wasn’t the hassle of what you usually deal with when trying to buy a car. Everyone at this dealership was very professional and friendly! Definitely a great experience.

I had an appointment, with an email confirmation for BMW Midtown to pickup my 535 and exchange it for a loaner car while service was being done. I called to confirm and was told that I was “not eligible for valet loaner service” and that they weren’t “sure how valet loaner car service was approved online.” The service representative told me, “I’m glad you called because we would have never come to pick up your car.” Awful service. This is the worst service ever. Save your time and buy a Porsche at North Houston- at least they keep their promise.

This was my first time working with him and he was very thorough in explaining the details of the vehicle and what to be expected.
