Magalang at maayos yung mga staff nila.Good naman yung breakfast.Mahina yung water pressure ng shower.Sabi ng agoda, kasama sa amenities yung swimming pool. Walang free swimming pool.Wala silang in-house food na pwede mong order-an.May mga oras na bumabagal yung Wi-Fi nila.

Location was easy to find. We were able to jog around the hotel. Room amenities were good except that there’s no complimentary coffee and creamer inside the room. Ref and microwave were useful for food takeouts. Secured and large parking spaces

Accommodation is very nice. Food served during our Quarantine is good aswell. Staff are all observing strict COVID Protocols.

The five stars goes to the staff of this hotel. They are the most friendly host! Even by hotel standards, they are friendlier! Theyd greet you, ask you if theres anything you want, and theyd help you with anything!Special mention to the guy at the front desk. I think his shift is at night? I didnt get his name, but he was so easy to approach. I commend him. Super friendly and accommodating.Facilities are good, not that many, the room is cozy, the restroom is fine. Its a small hotel, but it makes up for the staff. Food was good, the usual, its not a buffet, but quite filling.

All is acceptable from friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Room 306 needs attention so bad. I would have shut its door for repair if I were the man to decide! I am currently looking for another hotel to stay for another night. I’ve heard of mold but haven’t seen one!

Microtel Eagle Ridge has been my second home everytime Im back in the Philippines , Manager Ms. Lanie Tuala has always been friendly and has become a good friend . Rooms are clean everytime .. polite and friendly staff ... highly recommended

No hand towels in rooms. No extras like shampoo, lotion etc. Shower drain was clogged. Toilet wouldnt stop running unless we jiggled the handle. Room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay. Not really quality oversight by nanagement. Seemed like expense cutting type accommodations. Considering other options for our next stay.

We stayed here the primary purpose of golfing at Eagle Ridge. It was convenient and very easy to stay here. The hotel provided transportation to the clubhouse and the service was great. Everyone was nice and welcoming. My only complaint is theres no way to do anything after golf without hiring private transportation, which is a bit expensive. We really liked the area and the calmness. The hotel overall we would recommend for its proximity to all the golf courses in the area.

As we stay for a short period of time we enjoyed our stay very much, its very relaxing place. The cleanliness of rooms and wash areas exceptional. All the staffs were courteous and friendly. ROOM The room is quite small but is equipped with the basic (very basic) things that you would expect in a hotel room.

Excellent hotel of this class. The hotel provided neat and clean room for us. Each and every day , my room/ suite on the 3rd floor was cleaned spotless. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. The staff was there to assist me with medical wipes to help calm the rash.

The room we stay in was so relaxing. Were all surprised and impressed by the teams move. Front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Employees gave us a warmth welcome with a great smile. Definitely, a very nice place to stay and will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Our family spent New Years Eve in Microtel Eagle Ridge and we enjoyed the quiet time, bonding with the family in this very homey hotel. The staffs are quite approachable. The hotel rooms are clean and orderly. The room we stayed was cool and relaxing. Our room included buffet breakfast which was basic but adequate.

I like the location and the simplicity of the environment. The room was exceptional with a country atmosphere view out our window with some cows and farmers about. The staff is very active and polite. What that meant was that I got a double queen bed room at a very low price. I would love to go back in your hotel.

The air condition is old and very noisy.The rooms are clean but there are always forgetting to provide bathroom amenities.The bathtub is blocked!The shuttle is not on time!!

We worried all the way that we might passed by it already considering it was almost 11 in the evening and the road was dark. The prices are unexpectedly high compared to quality and quantity of the food. I have to wait until the following day to charge my phone and laptop because theres no nearby DIY/hardware store.

It has been years since we last came here, it always felt like a long lost friends hug even after the long absence. somehow things felt like nothings change and yet everything did.

I wasnt really expecting too much from this hotel especially when the rates are just around P3,000.00. However, I cannot help but compare this branch with MOA, Boracay, and Puerto Princesa where I previously stayed and by far Eagle Ridge is way below par from the aforementioned branches.This hotel doesnt have a pool and other amenities. If you want to do activities you have to request for a referral from the front desk to the nearby Eagle Ridge Clubhouse to use their pool and bowling alley for a FEE and subject to its availability. I had to learn this the hard way. When we went there to go bowling, we were turned away because the bowling alley is not open to outsiders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays since May 1, 2017 due to scheduled maintenance and bowling tournaments.This is a hotel perfect for golfers looking to relax on and off the golf course. When we arrived last Dec 2, 2017, there was also a group of asian golfers staying at the hotel accompanied by local ladies.What the heck, I shouldnt really expect too much when I only paid P3,000.00 right? On the bright side, I enjoyed my breakfast and the staff were accomodating and nice.
