The food was absolutely terrible. It was just tasting like oil and no other taste what so ever.I did order sea food char kway teow and it smelled o bad. Didn’t get the taste of sea food or any Sauce. It was just too oily that I couldn’t eat my food at all and I throw it out.Not happy at all.

Got take away - ridiculous amount of plastic packaging. Do better.

Despicable. Every thing we ordered WAS old and reheated, we wasted $50 on this and it was completely inedible. It tastes flavorless, stale and slimy. Even the egg custard bun was TERRIBLE. Very disappointed in Mc Dumpling.If we could give less than 1 star we would.

Pretty good, most dishes above average, not a fan of the pork and pickle dumpling, but all the others are pretty good. The Sichuan noodle soup, soup base is good but other ingredients are rather average.

Due to an actual lack of good dumplings places in Western Melbourne suburbs this place can serve any cravings of any dumpling lovers.

I have had food here few times. Its hit and miss.Some of the dishes are really good and some of them are bad. so just choose wisely.

Food takes agesssss to come out when it gets crowded. Suss that they might have given my order (takeout) to someone else (dine in) and forgot about it. Might explain the long wait (40mins for fried rice) even though I got in before it got crowded. But food is good

Went today with my girlfriend, clean place, friendly staff and good food.

Really tasty dumplings, my son and I loved it....and the sides are awesome value. I would have given it 5 stars if there was mixed dumpling offering, I hope that makes it to the he menu or as a special.

No soy sauce with dumplings, special fried rice lacked ingredients and flavor, seemed more like steamed rice with 5 peices of corn and peas stirred through, worst $41 Ive spent on delivery during this pandemic

We ordered takeout from here last night and it was well below par. The beef was slimy and undercooked, the vegetables weren’t fresh and the dumplings were cold in the middle. Barely touched the beef and black bean and still felt crook all night.

Great chicken wings and chicken ribs. Worth checking out.

We walked pass and decided to try this new local eatery. First impressions:- Venue was clean and simple, felt very clinical when you walked in- Staff were lovely- Ambience was non existient i.e they could try playing some music in the background & a TV in the corner- Food was average but generous in portions and affordable

The batter of the dumplings are too thick. Prices are reasonable but lacks taste. I am not going back.

Have been ordering from here for quite a while now. Very disappointed when I ordered last night the food was nothing like what I usually get. Must be under new management. They forgot my sauce for the dumplings (when I rang up and asked for it because it’s no longer a option on Deliveroo/Uber eats to add sauce) I ordered pan fried dumplings and got boiled they had a whole different flavor and were dry. Boiled dumplings with no sauce is not a vibe. The char kway teow had a whole different flavor as well and had heaps of capsicum in it where as it usually has none. It had those tiny prawns where as it usually has big juicy ones and big bits of chicken. It was advertised as ‘seafood char kway teow’ and all it had where those tiny flavorless prawns which look like they come from a tin. It was so below average. I’m just so off it because this was my favorite place to order take out!! Bring back the old owners or if you wouldn’t mind telling me if they opened up a new place cos they make goooood food!

Really poor. Had pan fried dumplings.... the were pan fried no doubt, but just microwaved. Dough was uncooked and terrible. Had to recook them at home. Rice was ok but nothing different that youd get from anywhere else.

Good serviceCleanreasonably priced.I ordered the dumpling noodle soup and the spicy wings.The soup was nice and mild with tofu, bok choy, shiitake mushroom slices, tomato(which were surprisingly delicious) and I chose the lamb and leek dumplings.The noodles were nice and firm and everything came together well.The dumplings were not the best ive ever had. The skin was a little thick and the meat was a bit pasty and not very flavorful They werent bad, just not that great. Maybe better fried.The spicy wings were almost inedible. Unbelievably over cooked and hard as a rock. I even let one soak in my soup for a while to try and soften it to no avail.The noodles and the soup were the highlights for me.Not sure If Ill go back.Edit.I am now a regular after finding that their sichuan dishes are really great. Go there about once a week just to get their cold beef tongue dish. The best thing about this place is that you dont feel gross or heavy after munching. Full? yes.
