Just today, another horrible experience from this store branch. (DBB KADIWA) My brother and I wasted more than one hour, just to wait for nothing. They said na one customer per order for take home. So i waited outside for more than an hour, standing..yung mga kasama kong nag aantay nakauwi na, yung mga bagong nag antay mas nauna pa saming umuwi but still i was hoping na sana nandyan na but we went back home with nothing. I have patience yes, I understand how hard it is to work sa fast food chain.. but i dont think they understand how frustrating it is to wait for nothing tapos every follow up sasabihin nilang nandyan na pero ilang tao na yung lumabas at pumasok pero yung order namin never namin na claim. I knew theyve lost our order. They even dont have our receipt for their reference. The first experienced of mine was horrible than this. Pero ngayon they deserve to know how bad their customer service is ! They void our order and yung 1000 na cash naging 998 which is fine. Pero yung oras at pagod sobrang napunta sa wala. And I know they will never understand. They dont even care.

Bastos yung matandang guard dito. I was about to enter with a cart of boxed groceries, hinarang lang ako at pinagsarahan ng pinto kasi bawal daw. Manong, you couldve told me ng maayos dahil kaya ko namang magcomply! Umalis nalang ako sa bwisit sakanya.
