We choose this place to celebrate the christening of my daughter for reception last January 13, 2019. Of course nagpa reserved kami the date and time (12-2pm) but we arrived a little late around 12:15pm and surprised hindi pa sila ready. Food were not yet ready to serve so ang mga visitors namin nagutom. In addition to that nung nahain na ang food almost 1pm kulang pa rin ang food wala ang garlic bread so one of the staff approached that the garlic bread will be available in 20 more minutes so I said are willing to wait then after several minutes she came back to me and said hindi daw kaya umabot ang garlic bread instead she offered more mojos so there is no other choices. Hindi lang yan, alam mo naman na may event so marami talaga bisita anticipated nyo na ang volume ng tao because we already declared how many visitors we have pero some of the visitors tapos na kumain wala pa silang drinks. Tpos na din kumain lahat saka lang dumating ang 4 boxes pa na pizza which some wants to eat more lalona mainitinit pa. Wala ring manager or supervisor available to speak pra maipaliwanag ng mabuti bakit nagkaganito eh na booked naman ito ahead of time. We were so disappointed of the service that we had experienced in this place.

Ordered online for already 3 days, until now no delivery. Very poor service. Below zero rating.
